Maruko was deathly tired, when they left so she instantly fell asleep where she stood. She jerked herself awake and tried to look at Shizuka, which was too hard. So she closed her eyes and yawned loudly."We there yet?" she tried once again to look at Shizuka, which was easier this time. She was able to stare at Shizuka without feeling completely dizzy. Of course, it still looked as if there was three Shizukas, but that didn't matter.

She addressed the third Shizuka and said,"I need some sleep..." She almost fell over, but she caught herself at the last second. No sleeping for one night, plus close to none food every day, equals not good. She sunk to her knees and held her head in her hands and took deep breaths, in, out, in, out. When she felt better, she stumbled to her feet and held her position.

Shizuka picked up the tired girl "How about you rest, we'll find a nice place to stay" Shizuka suggested, as she ran towards the gate, she didn't remember that normal people could get tired so easily.
She looked at the gaurds at the gate "My name is Shizuka, I am here seeking Tachibana, Ukyo, of the hidden leaf, to learn more of myself, and this is Aka, Maruko, she needs rest and food, will you allow us passage?" She asked, not looking into their eyes, for the temptation to use hypnotism was too strong at the moment.

After a few minutes, they nodded, and motioned for her to go in "The Hokage is busy though, you won't be able to visit him." they warned, as she ran inside.

Maruko woke with a start. She scrambled around the bed, trying to catch her bearings. There was a gentle breeze blowing through the open window, and the furniture was all a faint green color. Over the door hung the emblem of the Leaf Village. I must of fallen asleep...I wonder where Shizuka is? She crawled off the bed and opened the door. She had never been to a place where people could leave the window open, and the wind wouldn't howl through. She stood at the top of a tall staircase. Instead of walking down, she jumped on the banister and slid down the stairway.

As she got close to the ground, she leapt off the banister and landed gracefully. Something new for Maruko, who was always clumsy. My body must be changing with all this training. She noticed the Innkeeper watching her shadily from behind his counter."Was there a girl with me when I came in?" She made it sound like she walked in when she was, in fact, carried by Shizuka."Yeah, she was here. Said something about meeting the Hokage though. Doesn't sleep much, does she, this friend of yours?" But his words were wasted as Maruko was already gone.

Shizuka grabbed the back of Maruko's Callar, as she ran past her. "I didn't realize that the person I wanted to meet up with, was the Hokage, I think that will make it harder to reach him, but I'll do so later, you seem better now, I am happy that you are up, but don't push yourself too hard, Maruko-chan" She playfully said, as she let the girl go, and looked at her, seeing any left over fatigue that the girl had.
She then smiled "Welcome to Konoha, the village hidden in the leaves, I've never been here before but I think we'll be just fine here, for the moment." She spoke with a nice happy voice, though soft and kind, but filled with the energy of one who was on vacation.

She then looked around, and grabbed Maruko's headband, taking it off her, and handing it to her "We are visiting this place peacefully, we do not need our headbands here, but lets keep them on us, so that we can use them as ID if asked." The Vampiress requested, as she showed that her's was in her sleeve.

"Thank you for the tip." She took her headband and stuffed it into a pouch on her hip. She felt the nice, breeze on her cheek and the beautiful view."It's so different here, than in the Sand village," She murmured in surprise. She thought that every village had a desert. Well, they obviously didn't call it the Village hidden in the Leaves, for nothing.

"I like it here. It's so different. If all the villages are different like this, then I want to see them all one day!" She was getting really worked up now. I have to become a chuunin fast so I can travel to different villages! For a moment the Before Maruko resurfaced, then she was gone. The After Maruko was back."While we're hear, we might as well train."

"I agree with you, Maruko-chan, I think we should probably head to a clearing though, so that we don't hurt anyone, or offend anyone" Shizuka suggested, as she thought about all she had seen so far. "We could go down over by a small field, and try training there, I think I could help out a little with your training, and ofcourse you could help mine a little. "She suggested, as she walked around, looking for a place that wouldn't get them disturbed.
'Maruko is right though, it is different, sort of like that island that I visited when I went on the Chuunin Exams.' She thought, as she saw all the people looking at the two of them.

Maruko's eyes brightened considerably when Shizuka mentioned training. She just loved training. Of course, Maruko noticed te stares they were getting from people, but she either ignored them or gave an equally angry glare.

"What will we be learning, Shizuka?" Her gaze flickered to the fans at Shizuka's side. A wind jutsu perhaps? I hope it's something that'll help with my Medical-Ninjutsu training! Of course, Senith could always train me...Nah! Why was everybody staring at them? Was something on us? She tried to ignore them, but she found it very hard. She wanted to scream at them, but restrained herself.

"I don't know what I'll be learning from Ukyo, but he'll want to teach Senith-san as well, but for now, I think I'll just keep working at it." She stated with a smile, before hearing a whistle from a guy that passed. It started making sense, though it didn't make her feel all that well about it.
She was starting to become attractive, which wasn't something she had expected, she had been told that she would grow to be pretty at best, nothing more, but since she had changed, it was becoming more and more apparent that she had grown in form and shape.
She looked at Maruko, and it was appearant about her too, that she to was young and attractive. She ignored the stares now.

"I can probably teach you a little bit of things, though nothing of any actual importance, Maruko-chan" She stated "I am not a medical nin, but a wind Maiden" She added.

Maruko smiled a little Mona Lisa smile at Shizuka."That's all right, Shizuka. I'll learn it from someone else, one day. By the way, why are you going to see Ukyo?" Maruko knew this was none of her buisness, but she was very curious as to the nature of this visit.

"You don't have to tell me, if you don't want to. It's really none of my buisness." She pretended not to be interested by looking the other way, but she failed miserably. This Vilage was having a strange affect on her. One that she kind of liked, and kind of didn't."Ok, i'm curious. Please tell me?".

Shizuka laughed at her young Protoge'. She then looked at her with a smile, "He is to help me learn more about myself." She stated, with out any true regrets of the statement. She then fanned herself with her new fan.
"What about you, how did you end up getting sent here?" She asked pleasantly.

She looked around the area, and finally settled in against a tree in the middle of a field like area. She started remembering how she had met Ukyo under a tree that day, long ago, back during the chuunin exams, and felt herself drift a little with the feelings. She would sleep for a while tonight, but for now, she would stay awake, and be vigilant for Maruko and incase Ukyo had sensed her.
