He didn't go into any detail about what that place would be, but surely the girl was smart enough to figure out it will not be big or fancy. There were quite a few free apartments, the kind orphaned shinobi of a low rank can afford, and he was afraid they'd have to settle for something like that for the time being. The post office is on the main square, just outside the Fire Building... the building we're inside of right now. They have messenger birds there, though courier ninja might be a better option depending on a few things. As for wind jutsus, the library at our ninja academy should have all widely known ones. The Academy is a big oval-shaped building in the south-west part, but you can ask anyone in the street for more precise directions, - he said, took some paper out of his desk and started writing. These were the instructions he would leave to his assistant. Of course, any important matter would be directed to him, but he hoped to avoid it. He needed some time alone to reflect on things before taking the next steps.

Shizuka nodded, as she listened, and then bowed deeply "Thankyou, Ukyo-sama" She said, as she turned to walk out, her wings flittered a little. "Call me, when you have need of me, Lord Hokage." She stated with a fanged smile, as she opened the door, and walked out, to head into the road of Konoha.
'To the Library, to write the letters, and then to research some techniques, I need to become less weak.' she thought, getting some maniacal laughter from her inner Vampiress. She ignored it, again, trying not to let her get on her own nerves.
She also thought about checking up on Maruko, but would wait to do that, till after her errand.
