The Konoha streets were bustling, like every other day, although this time, people were shoving towards the sides of the street, attempting to clear the way instead of the opposite. A Chuunin by the name of Kitakaze Arashi didn't blame them, the idiots would get trampled he thought as he sat, munching on some shrip, tempura, deffinatly his favorite meal. The only odd thing was what he was sitting on. Yuki Kiba, the Mammak he was sitting atop, plodded along as usual, unfazed by the rucus. It was like this every time he went for a walk. So what if he was a mammoth, Arashi thought, Kiba was tiny for a mammoth, only six feet tall for crying out loud, he was eight! "Gezz," he muttered, before tapping his pal on the ear, having Kiba turn to a less crowded side street. "Lets go home, I got what we needed, lets see," he began muttering again, looking thru the backs strapped to either side of the Mammak. "Ten iron ingots, two gold, crap, why do we even need that crap? We never use it, expesive as heck... god, I am going to kill Dad for this..." he turned around to check the pack on the other side. "What the crap is this for?" he wondered aloud, looking a batch of cotten. "Well at least it doesn't weight 90 something tons. Ah, whats this, yes!!! Bingo," underneith a load of silver was a rather crumpled looking box. Knowing exactly what Arashi was jumping for joy about, Kiba just stopped to let out a sigh and kept going. "Yes! Yes! YAY!!" he danced while holding his extra large chacolate pocky. "Hehehe, all your pocky are belonging to me!" he nearly shouted as they rounded the corner to their combination store and house. Arashi just continued eating, shrimp in one hand and pocky in the other. Walking around back, Kiba stopped outside the barn and Arashi jumped down. Biting his finger, he wiped blood on the seal and pushed open the doors with his foot, not bothering to set down his food. The two walked in, imeadiatly walking down a ten foot wide stone ramp to the underground foundry. Arashi set down his food on the counter in the mini kitchen area he disigned for breaks while working. He then told Kiba where to put the supplies and helped him put stuff away. Kiba set the igots in their respective bins as Arashi put away the food, helping himself to some of it as he worked. Afterwards he let Kiba know he was going out back for training.

Arashi walked out the back, into the training area between the clan house and shop. The clan heir tapped his belt once and a senbon appeared between his fingers. With a flick of his wrist, the senbon flew, expertly twirling in the air as all Kitakaze were taught. "The wind is your ally, use it and your weapon shall not easily miss." Arashi smiled as he remembered the lessens his father taught him, before returning North, then frowned as he remembered his fathers recent letter. "... and then send the igots to the village. Thanks for helping son, good luck with your adventures in Konoha, we are proud of you." Arashi had smiled at first when reading the letter, but then was quite annoyed with his fathers request. A small tic appeared on his forehead as he looked at the 200 ryo enclosed. He had nearly knocked over the table as he yelled, "That won't even pay for half the cost to send it up to Snow Country! Damn you... let alone the stupid metals themselves. Gah!" He continued thinking about his father and those amusing memories until was snapped out of his reverie by a very angry looking Kiba that smacking him in the head with his trunk before stomping off to go back to sleep, Arashi noticed a small metal needle sticking in his friends hindquarters, "Opps... guess I need to work on my aim more." As he tapped his belt again for another senbon, he heard a gruff bellow from the barn. He quickly returned the senbon to the seal, and started pledding "Ok, ok, I won't, I won't! Ouch!" He began nersing the side of his head as Kiba marched off again.

It was around two hours later when Arashi tapped his belt, on the right rear seal, returning all the senbon to his pocket. He laughed remembering how he had to explain to Kiba that he was aiming at a target the other way, and that nothing would happen. After nearly 15 minutes of reassuring his friend, he had continued to practice his aim. He was no where close to being an expert, but he felt he had improved. Now he tapped the right center seal, with that his famed Yari appeared in his hand. A weapon that was always passed from clan head to clan heir, at the same cerimony the clan head is inagurated. He treasured his fathers gift, a beautiful weapon it was. In the right hands, it felt as light as air, and could strike like lightning, it can defend like rock, the wind moves in turn with its roar, and fire is in awe of its destructiveness. He forgot his fathers exact words, but what he was repeating in his mind, with a smile on his face was somewhere close. He twirled it lightly before going through the kata's he was taught. It was something like a dance he thought, but after learning he had realized its true power. Every move in the training was not only ment for the yari, it was ment to be used with the clan's wind affinity. He settled into the offensive stance, and activated Arashi Kata: Aisu no Kitakaze, his eyes shown ice blue before misting like frost. He then activated Arashi Kata: Aori no Kitakaze, doing so quickly, or he would have to redo them both. He felt the wind pick up around him as he feed chakra into his yari, spinning and shifting his weight around before stapping his yari forward, as if he was to impale a non-existant target. However, that was not its purpose, instead the wind followed the motions of his spear, and with the lunch, the wind exploded forward, as if it had shot like an arrow. The tree fourty feet in front of Arashi quivered, bending back as the gale slammed into it and split going around to either side. Arashi then spun the yari around, as if he were to cut the air in half, then did the same, movint counter-clockwise this time. The tree shook like something possessed as it was shoved to the side, nearly uprooted, then hurled back again as the wind attacked from the opposite direction. The Kitakaze then sat down, to pull out some pocky and munched hungrily, obviously tired from overpowering a jutsu to test his strength. He then got up and continued eating while walking over to shelf the new additions to his store.

OOC Done.

IC Arashi looked around at the polished counter and decided it was acceptable. Remembering one last thing, he set another couple of kunai 5-packs in the thrown weapons rack and closed shop, locking it before heading out. He walked around back where he was joined by Kiba, and after hoping on the mammoth's back, the two set out. Arashi was looking for someone to train him in Konoha's techniques. He was skilled in his clans kenjutsu and ninjutsu, and he had the Scroll of the North Wind, with that he could teach himself the clan's more advanced techniques on his own, obviously it would take longer he thought to himself, but he would eventully get it. However, this city's taijutsu moves would be quite an addition to his arsenal, but would be impossible to learn without someone to show him how. So the two set off at a reasonable pace, and left the clan grounds.

Arashi had heard that his cousin was here and quickly headed home. After opening the barn for Kiba as usual, Arashi quickly hoped off to wait for her in the usual spot. It was nearly tradition that she would find him sitting cross legged, on the training ground's giant stump, munching on shrimp and pocky. The stump was an old tree that Arashi asked for his dad to save instead of cutting down fully. The tree was long dead, and in danger of collapsing, but after an explaination of what he would do, Aisu had agreeded to his son's demands. Now the stump sat, cut ten feet of the ground, now stable, with its five foot base. It made a perfect target for all sorts of training, and was stationed perfectly in the corner of the training field. Arashi walked verticly up the stump, using chakra on his feet. He would need to show her that trick, or she would yell at him for being a show off. "No, she would do that anyway," He mused. So there he sat, shrimp in one hand, pocky in the other. And a second tray with some shrimp on it sat there too, for when she arrived. But still, the pocky was his!

Kanki was walking around town when she notices her clans symbole in onepart of town.She heads into the clans section of the village wearing her leaf headband." is there really the clan here?" she says low almost a whisper,She walks around the area and heads toward the training grounds.Kanki walksinto the trainign grounds and spots her cousin"Arashi is that you,"she said heading toward her cousin" i cant believe we are both here in the village and i hear that ur a chuunin"she says looking a bit down.Kanki looks at her cousin wondering what he will teach her this time."So arashi are you showing off for every girl you see still?"she ask looking at her cousin rememberng that he was a huge perve.

Arashi beamed as he saw his cousin appear, he hadn't seen her in years, well, only two years, but still, to him, it was a while. He set down his plate of shrimp and hopped down. "Haha, yup, so how's it been in Snow in the last couple of years, and how have you been? I missed having someone to steal pocky from." He said with a smile, it was good to see her again. He was really bummed when she had to move to Snow when both their parents went back north. He frowned remembering the day, but then the grin returned as he looked at his cousin. She was back again, he wanted to jump for joy. But instead he did one of the most meaningful gestures he could. He smiled down at his cousin and handed her a stick of his pocky. "Its good to have you back."

"Well someone's demanding. Wow, how about a hello to your nice, charming, and utterly awesome cousin, before so start ordering me around." He grinned, "fine, have it your way. Show me what you've got with the Bo." He flicked his cloak to the side and settled into the standard ready position. His right hand tapped his belt; Touken Aori appeared in his hands. He flipped the staff around where the bladed end was facing away from his cousin. He then adjusted his stance into a countering position, although skillful, his entire actions were unnessisaraly showy. "Give it your best, I want to know how much you have improved." He bent his knees slightly and looked on to see what she could do.
