Kanki finishes her lunch as she looks up at her cousin"You know i am ready for my training"she says standing up and walking infront of him waiting to see what his respone is about training her some new clan jutsu."you know this village is a nice place to live if you ask me"she says"I am glad to be back with family again"she says looking down "what happened tothe rest of the clan that was here in the village?"she ask wondering what is going on."It dont matter forget i even said that"She begins to walk back toward the old training grounds where so many memorys have been made with her learning her first jutsu and how to use her staff.

Arashi looked up, not paying his full attention to his cousins comments. After thinking for a moment, "hmm, what happened to the clan." He repeated Kanki's question, realized it was asked to him he responded while finishing the last peice of his shrimp. "Well, first of all, nearly all the clan members down here left with my parents and yours, you being one of them. The ones who stayed as you know were the fourteen or so who were picked to stay and establish a home here before more members journeyed down, them and a few others who had decided they were too old to risk the journey back up." He picked up a pack of pocky and chewed the end of one thoughtfully before holding one out to his cousin, "kinda stupid if you ask me, they brought many down and then nearly all of them left to go home even when they planned to return as soon as possible. Oh well I suppose. Anyway, as for what happened to us, the ones who stayed, we turned the apartment building we had bought when everyone was still here and turned it into this clan house behind us. Funny how you didn't question why there was a different building behind the stump. Anyway, we changed the building after the store opened. Yup, that building right there, its the first building in the compound, infact its front part of the compound wall, that I bought myself becouse, well, you remember how crappy the appartment was. So I bought the front building, made it a shop, the Konoha branch of the family store, The North Wind's Tusk, gotta love it. Anyway, once the proffets got high enough, I added a barn and forge, not to mention a second floor so I have a decent place to sleep. Soon after that, we had enough to replace the appartment and make the building behind us, and we kept adding to it. Saddly most of the eldest of the Konoha branch passed away in the last year or so. Also a few of the others either moved to another part of the country or even one who married into the Inuzaka's. I still see her from time to time but its not the same with everyone gone. We have this massive compound and about eight people who live in it, its empty. Now serveral people have joined us from the village but not enought for any real gain, infact we lost eleven people and gained five, not a good total. So here we are, but we are doing alright."

"oh i see "she says looking out over the old training grounds" I hear that the hokage is looking for students for some new taijutsus that he knows that we will be students under him."she says standing up and walking toward the door ofher cousines house"I will be over at my parents place if you need me" she says walking out heading home"I know there is alot i must learn so lets start the training tomarrow"she says over her shoulder to her cousine.She heads out looking at the nearly abandoned clan area.She walks about 4ft from her parents house and looks at the hokages office wondering what the lord hokage looks like and if he is nice or anything like that hearing so much about him in the acadamy she realy never met the hokage.
