As the Genin stopped moving, Zacara leapt down from the rock and slowly walked closer. He stoped a few feet away and looked down to see that he was still conscious, but barely. The bird that had been spectating the entire event swooped down, flapping its wings to slow itself before landing on the ANBU's shoulder.

"There is much for you to learn....."

He lifted his hood, revealing his face to the Genin for the first time. He looked up to the sky, watching the clouds through this one clearing in the mist. The sun was just begining to rest over the horrizon and the sky was a vibrant palette of colors ranging from bright to dark.

"Needless to say, you've outproformed many of the Genin that i've seen and you show great promise as a shinobi. I will accept you as my pupil, but beware that my training will be more rigorous than this and i can not ensure that you wont recieve many injuries."

He reached into his cloak and oulled out a small bottle and tossed it to Ensu. "If you can still move, put that on your wounds, it will ease the pain and help the healing process." He then turned around and took sevral steps back toward his camp, the bird twittering away on his shoulder.

"i suppose you're going to want something to eat."

I watched as Zacara moved closer to me. His movements were so relaxed and second nature even in battle and now he seemed of such a higher stature than when we first met. That was probably because I was standing up then, but none the less.

Training more vigorous than this? I asked myself that. If the test was this difficult and it only led into harsher events, would I be able to endure it. My sensei considered me strong for someone of my skill level, but this was nuts. Yes I wished to taste that pain and cheerfully endure it so that I could become as strong as I possibly could for the mist village.

I reached with what little strength I had grabbed hold of the bottle. I then applied it to my acking body. Rubbing it into the wounds and many scratches that littered me. It stung but only for a few moments and then the pain seemed to ease. I don’t understand why or how but it interested me. I wished I could create such things. Then I stood up and walked slowly back to Zacara's camp. "Food would be nice Sensei, I feel famished"

Zacara walked At a steady pace so that Ensu could keep up until he arrived at the massive tree where his camp lay. He pushed the bush that covered the entrance inside and ducked inside. After a few moments, he reappeared outside holding a two sizable pieces of veneson. He handed one to the Genin and sat down on a log and proceeded to eat his own piece.

He finished his meat in a few minutes and began to idly spin a shuriken in the air above his hand using a small orb of wind. While he was eating, the bird fly onto the ground and hapily plucked away at the ground, getting his own meal. no that he was done however, the bird returned to its perch on his shoulder and scanned the area repeatidly. Zacara waited patiently for his student to finish his meal.

"After your done, i sugguest you get some rest. the medicine should have your wounds healed by tomorrow, but you'll need your energy for you're first lesson."

Ensu took hold of the piece of meet and laid down on the wet grass just outside of Zacara's encampment. He bit into it and slowly chewed it and let it dissolve in his mouth. He loved the taste and with all of his energy depleted it was just the thing his body was craving. As he ate he saw his Sensei do something that he had never seen anyone do. That was amazing to him and he wished to learn how to do it. "Sensei...Can you teach me that? um....On second thought could you just tell me about yourself if that’s ok to ask? Like your home, or anything else that I might be able to learn from" Ensu then took another bite of meat as he waited for his sensei to speak.

At Ensu's question, Zacara launched the shuriken into the air and caught it before putting it back into his cloak. "Hmmm? this? im affraid you'll never be able to learn it...." The bird twittered quietly and he stroked its back softly. Having been in the forrest for over a month, this bird had become acustom to his company and followed his every step.

"Me?.... Well since your going to be my student i guess you should know a little about me..." He hessitated for a moment, thinking of what to say. "....I'm from konohagakure, but i've been living in Kiri for about two months... I'm the leader of my clan and the ANBU Black ops captain of the village hidden in the leaves."

At that he stopped, feeling that he told the child enough to satisfy his question. He looked up into the sky once more and watched as the sun finally dissappeared from the sky, leaving an aura of colors in its wake.

Ensu finished his meal and laid down. He used his arms as a pillow and looked up at his Sensei. "A shinobi from Konoha that is in that high of a position...No wonder you surpass anyone I've ever met. Only a few people in our village are above your level." Ensu then analyzed this words about him not being able to use it. "So that wind ability is a bloodline, or is it because I don’t have the wind element?" Ensu had another thought pop into his head. "If your from Konoha did you Know Henjay, Renima?" Ensu had read bits and pieces about him and his minor effects on the mist village. His knowledge was rather limited other than he was a very powerful Shinobi from there, who became Kage died from poison supposedly and turned konoha into an isolationist.

Zacara nodded in response to the Genin's question. "Correct. People of my bloodline use the air around them as a weapon and as a guide... our numbers however , are few. you may have heard of an old bloodline that was thought to be extinct returning to Konoha." At the Next question, He leaned back against the trunk of a tree and sighed, feeling uncomfortable with the topic.

"That man died about the time i left the village.... good man though, he was one of my greatest friends. his death left me as the last leaf shinobi from our academy...." He shook his head, clearing away the depressing scene that was the funeral and the events that occured directly afterward. His eyes fixed back on Ensu.

"why would you ask about such a matter though? surely the news would have provided a clear discription of a passing kage."

Ensu sighed and took in a deep breath and then readjusted his body so he could look up at the stars and watch the night sky. "Like I said before My clan loves knowledge and wisdom. I've heard he was wise compared to many of our age, but little is recorded of him in the Mist manuscripts." Ensu Wanted to know more about that person for some reason, as if his destiny revolved around that person in some way even if they no longer exist. "I ask because I am curious, about wether he died or not? They say it was by poison, but the man was of the Henjay correct? They have superb senses. So he should have been able to detect a poison with ease. I also here he was beloved by all of his nation, and made peace will the other four shinobi villages, so how could he die in such a way? It just doesn’t add up to me...?" Ensu wasn’t sure if he was right, but he liked that idea. He hated the idea that someone with such vast knowledge was gone and all of his secrets were laid down with him.

"No... i suppose everything didn't add up. for all that anyone knows, the man who was in the coffin could have been a shadow clone." Zacara stood up and stretched his legs before walking back over to the entrance of his shelter. "you could be right, and you could be wrong. but thats the way it works with everything. but until anything is proven, he remains desiesed." He once again dissappeared into the tree and began rummaging through a box. Upon exiting, he threw a sleeping bag at the genin and lay down on the ground with his head resting on a log.

"As i said before, you should get some sleep.

Ensu sighed as he stretched and grabbed the sleeping bag. He then climbed in side and got comfortable. He unzipped a side so he could have some ventilation. Then the Genin had one passing sentence before he drifted into the sandman's world. "I hear a Jounin of the mist met with him a few days ago, but that also cant be proven.
