Name of Organization: Fushigi (Mystery)
Village: N/A
Requirements: Must be B rank Missing Nin or higher.
Appearance: The Group has the symbol of a Falcon in front of a cross and then the sun rising behind the cross. It is either placed on a weapon (all wind shire weapons have this) or on a necklace.
Description & Goals: The Group was created in order to defend Konoha from the side lines. This was based off of the Wind Shire clan and applied to the many Shinobi who left Konoha but still had allegiance to it. The former Hokage Renima noticed this and realized he was better able to protect Konoha in anyway he saw fit by claiming to have no allegiance to it. By doing so he and his companions could strike any village at any time for any reason in the defense of Konoha without Konoha taking the blame.
