First of all remove the part that said he's the clan leader, an Npc will take his place for now.

Replace eye of the guardian stage 1 with this. And take Eye of the Guradian stage 2 out of the Jutsu's you want to learn section.

A shield could appear around the katana hilt, or something. |

No, it doesn't work like that. You have to be at least a Jounin before you can become a Clan Leader.
