Bloodline Name: Kikai (Instrument)
Clan Name: Onkyou (Sound)
Leader: Onkyou ,Kinki (NPC)
Village: Otogakure
Clan Description:The Onkyou Clan Originally Came from the outskirts of otogakure as farmers. They had nothing fun to do as they were farmers who grew crops to supply otogakure. Then one day a kid decided to venture into the woods and came across a old tree. The tree had been sickly and was very small and fragile so the boy decided to chop it down to put it out of it's misery. Then he decided to experiment and ended up making a banjo. He played it and enjoyed it very much. He showed everyone else in the clan and developed special 'skills' in his banjo. He later developed a ability 'Chakra Houben' that allowed him to play using chakra. He developed jutsu utilizing his instrument and 'special' ability. Every day he played and everyone else found there special instrument and joined him. They went from farmers to performers and performed in the village of otogakure in parades and special events. Some of the Members of the clan decided to stay as farmers as the others went to otogakure.
That boy grew up to be the leader of the clan. He led the clan to fame and also took it with him when he died. after he died the clansmen and women became less known. They still performed in plays and parades and the farmers were still farmers but it wasn't the same. The Clan Prospered as they slowly died of depression committing suicide one by one. They had reached their lowest numbers in hundreds of years and still lowering. The few children that were being born were destined to a depressing instrument like the harmonica and violin. Some were just didn't go through the process in which you were destined a instrument and started singing sadly. They went from being the main attention in parades and festivals to being the lowliest of all scum. The few who were still cheerful tried to cheer everyone up but it wasn't enough. The clan looked like it was going to be like the woolly mammoth prosperous once but now extinct.
Then one day a boy named Kinki became leader. His instrument was the harp, he had a miniature version that he carried around and constantly played. He started cheering up the people of his clan. He made the destiny test seem easy and did his best to be a fun guy. He Reminded the elders who had been around when Ne was leader of the good times. The elders began throwing out feasts and picnics to help Kinki make the clanspeople more happy. The clan started growing in numbers again, not to fast but enough to not go extinct. Kinki was a farmer like most of the others. Kinki had brought the village's people that were in the clan back to being farmers and being peaceful. He also helped teach the children until they were old enough to go to the academy.
Today Some of the clans people are farmers, some are townspeople and some have traveled there whole life.
Clan Traits/Characteristics: The Clans people are usually a average height for there age, not to short not to tall and are usually on the skinnier side. There eyes are generally bluish. and usally have dark hair.
Clan Personality: The people of the clan are usually outgoing, playing their instrument in parades, on street, on stage and are generally very curious. They are always wondering what the meaning of their life is and are often trying to accomplish there goals in life.
Bloodline Description: The bloodline originated 100's of years ago in a young woman named Floure She later married a man named Johler and had a baby named Ne. Ne was the original boy for the bloodline to be noticed in and was very skilled in it. The destiny of a child includes his Personal instrument that the gods destine him with. Ne was destined with the banjo. And they usually notice what instrument they are destined with and if they have the bloodline around the age of 6. The bloodline ability helps when you like to cheer people up and meet new people. It's also fun to the clan's people. It expresses their feelings and sometimes a new jutsu will form around their feelings and playing their instrument.
Bloodline limits: The ability to infuse your chakra with your 'destined instrument' and use special jutsu, generally sound, is the bloodline limit. The clanspeople can also 'accidently' make new jutsu while playing their instrument. The way to use a jutsu usually requires you to play it, and playing a specific tune generally is how you use the different jutsus. This may sound 'lame' and just another way to use sound skills and well, it sort of is but also it would be harder to figure out their 'style' and what they are doing as in thoughts and jutsu because the user isn't saying "Kirigakure no jutsu" he'd actually be playing a specific tune. This is mainly a genjutsu clan but can support the other styles.

Description: By Focusing Chakra into the instrument, the user can use jutsu with the instrument now.

Description: The User Plays a jazzy tune. This makes the target paralyzed and can't move but also makes them invulnerable to all physical attacks. Lasts One Post.
Name: Dansu Odori (Dance Dance)
Type: Genjutsu

Requirements: Onkyou Clan, Chakra Houben
Description: The user plays a lullaby. The target sees a audience waiting for him to dance at a talent show, because of this the target may begin dancing like a idiot or he could just be plain confused. This jutsu is good for confusing the opponent, escaping quickly, or hiding. Physical feeling through skin will negate this jutsu. Lasts 1 Post.
Name: Atemi Onkyou (Blow Sound)
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: By Foucusing Chakra Into The Instrument The User Will Make A Soundwave So Thick It makes up to a 40 MPH Gust. The Chakra Makes The Sound 'Heavier' and also has a side effect that blows the user back as well. Because of this this jutsu could be to get away or blow your target back a short distance. Continuous Use Of This jutsu drains you're chakra quickly.
Name: Tetsu Dansei (Iron Man)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: The user will begin to play a hard metal tune. The target will see and feel himself being covered in iron making it harder to move and he attacks slower but he thinks he packs a much stronger punch. In reality he is just moving and attacking slower and weaker because of the slowness. Not touching ground for more than 10 seconds will negate this jutsu. Lasts 3 Posts
Name:Nonhiya Ne (No Hear Sound)

Description: The User Focuses His Chakra Into His Insrument A Plays A Sweet Tune That Traps The Target/s Into a genjutsu. The target/s will hear the tune get gradually louder until it is as loud as someone screaming as loud as they can right into your ear. This causes the target to not be able to hear or think very clearly and may cause severe pain to the target/s.]

Description: Once caught in a genjustu the target/s will feel and see, as if the ground beneath there feet has disappeared. The target/s will think they fell onto a endless banjo going down into the darkness of the earth's innards. The user thinks they are on the strings on the neck of and endless banjo. A flaw is that every 1 Post the target/s has a chance of seeing the user of the genjutsu. Lasts up to 3 Posts.

Description: Once caught in a genjutsu the target will see and feel like they themselves were transforming into rabbits, slowly but surely. This could possibly scare or 'freak out' the target, if not possibly confuse them at the least. The target may even be confused enough to even hop around like a rabbit or act like one in other ways. Lasts Up to 3 Posts.
