Leader:the strongest clan member

Clan Description: the clan is not wel known in mist but the leader has made the clan more famous in mist the clan was one before the big wars a very big Clan but the clan was almost wiped out in the war because to mastering the dragon chakra is not so easy so the most members where killed the leader is accepting much members now so the clan has the change to grow much bigger the most members of the clan are using big swords

Bloodline Description: The dragon chakra is a Chakra sort passed on to people of the dragon family it is a little sort of chakra you gain it when you are a baby but you cane only control it at the age of 13 but it takes years to master it kids onder the age of 13 only cane activate the dragon chakra when they are extremely mad and they force the chakra out of there body.
the clan jutsu's and Bloodline stage's : are fully focused on chakra manipilaition and elemental chakra it doesnt matter what elements you have but fuuton,suiton,raiton are the 3 best elements. if you masterd stage 1 you get dragon claws you use normally only normall chakra that you focus around your fists and you if you masterd that fully you cane make your claws out of raiton.

Let me do this point by point:
1. You don't have 200 posts
2. From what I gathered, stage 1 is a D-rank that has the power of an A-rank
3. Stage 3 does what?
4. Dragon summon a-la elemental summon, not sure it's gonna work
5. There is a separate thing for summons, it's called summoning jutsu, and the dragon contract is taken I believe
