As they made their way from the stadium to the location of the Secret Base D, which Ukyo them to meet him at, Kazuki was constantly but subtly checking if anyone was following him, besides Mousy. However, despite his words, they only walked for a couple of minutes until they entered a small park. There, the young alchemist led the mysterious girl past a circular fountain and to a bench under a tree that was not far from it. Sitting on the bench was an average old woman. Kazuki took a deep breath and walked up to the woman, but his determination was wavering with each step, until he stopped very confused right next to her. He nervously stood there for a few seconds until she looked up at him and said: What's wrong, deary? You look stressed. Is something wrong? The boy nodded but kept silent. Damn it, what was I thinking when I agreed on that code phrase? I guess I just didn't have the guts to say no to the Hokage, and also didn't think about how I am actually going to say it. Uh... I- I w- I..., - he tried to say but couldn't. He sighed loudly, then knelt and whispered something in the old woman's ear while turning bright red. Nothing could have prepared him for what came next. The old woman suddenly jumped up from the bench and cried out like a siren for a few seconds. Then she smacked him on the head with her bag and shouted: You little freak! - after which she hastily walked away. For a few seconds Kazuki was lying on the ground, trying to realize what just happened, before snickering could be heard from the tree above. It soon turned into a full-blown laughter, and a man known as the Hokage jumped down.

Kazuki was too angry to show any respect, even if he had some remaining, to the man. You must be very pleased with yourself right now. I'm sorry, Kazuki, - replied Ukyo through laughter, - I didn't intend for this to happen. But this old lady was sitting right there when I came, I just couldn't help myself. I swear I didn't make up the pass phrase to put you into awkward situations, and you'll have to admit, it is completely foolproof. Anyway, take a seat, let's talk, - he said, vaulting over the bench and sitting down on it. So, what did you want to tell me, Kazuki? Just that you're a complete moron, - the boy replied angrily sitting down on the opposite end from Ukyo. O-kay... let's try something else then. Do you want to tell me who you are and why you're here young lady? - asked the Hokage, turning towards Mousy.

Mousy had followed Kazuki to the location the Hokage-sama had spoken of. She made mental note how paraniod he seemed as he looked around. Infiltry was her talent, and everything she did was on the low. Him on the other hand was obvious and he seemed jumpy. "By the way, Trouble is called a Pichu. It's similiar to a mouse and can generate a small amount of electricity." She was about to formally introduce herself when Kazuki comes up to the old lady on a bench.

She stared at Kazuki as he seemed to have trouble coming up with saying something, must likely a password. When the old lady attack him, she laughs loudly. "Thank you, that's the funniest thing seen in a while. It was starting to be depressing." She didn't jump as the Hokage leaped from the tree. She knew he was there, his thought waves let her know. Had she not been paying attention she wouldn't have notice him, especially if she wasn't mentally sensitive as she was. After Kazuki had a few choice word with the Hokage, she giggles some more. He face takes on a serious expression. "Before I tell you anything, we need a private place with no one around. And food, I need food."

Ukyo looks at Mousy dumbfounded for a few seconds and then gives a small laugh. Heh, aren't you the bossy one. Would you like me to do your laundry while I'm at it? Seriously though, - his voice changes from a friendly joking one to much more threatening tones, - you are horribly misjudging the situation. As far as I'm concerned, you are a potentially hostile and definitely dangerous person who likely possesses valuable information. Now answer me this: would my logical course of action would be to: A) Let you walk around freely; B) Capture you and let my interrogation specialists have their way with you; C) Accompany you to a private and confined space while not knowing for sure that you are not an assassin with massive amounts of explosives on you. Now that's a brainer, huh? As he listened to the Hokage speak, Kazuki realized he might have been very wrong about this seemingly nice girl, and prepared to use his weapon if the need arose. Now, this is what I think about this. First of all, you need to prove that you even have something worth my while, and I could guarantee you a meal. Then, given your situation, you should really stop demanding and start asking, and I could guarantee that you won't be going to the torture chambers instead of my office. You see what I'm getting at? As someone once said, you play ceremonial ball with me, I play ceremonial ball with you.

Her face relaxs once more and she looks at Kazuki with a grin. "Trust me Kazuki-san, you can't defeat me with your current skills. And Hokage-sama won't need your help." She turns back to Ukyo. "I apologize, that wasn't ment as a demand I just haven't had anything for a week save for a small amount of berries and fruit. Mist Country is bad at growing things. Also if I was trying to kill you, I wouldn't be standing here. I well know about kage bunshin, the few with them often use them in social matter to protect themselves. You wouldn't even need guards to defend yourself and if you wanted to interrogate me that would be pretty hard." Mousy had let her guard down so to speak. While she was used to being in danger of attack, she was alway comfortable around this man. As comfortable as one could be around a vampire. Then again, her whole family where freaks of nature themselves.

Kazuki glanced at the kunoichi for a moment but then just shrugged it off. Ukyo smiled at her comment and made one of his own: Ah, yes, women. They seem to be so nice on the surface, yet look a little deeper than the skin and most of them turn out to be harpies. That is just one of the great mysteries of nature, my friend. Now that there is someone in the close vicinity who you are more annoyed with than me, tell me what it is that you needed. The young alchemist couldn't help but smile at the older male's comment about women, and his mood suddenly cleared up. Well, I am going to need your blood sample if I am to... - he cuts himself off, realizing that his project for the Hokage was top secret, - Ah, that's all nerd stuff though. I just need your blood sample. Alright, do you have a vial on you? I don't feel like going to the hospital. Uh, yeah, I do. Good, - said Ukyo and drew a line with his right index finger on his left palm. Moments later, a small cut appeared and blood started coming out. You know, this is a really unhealthy environment for such a thing. It also feels awfully awkward without proper equipment, - the young alchemist said as he held the glass container to catch the trickling blood. Sorry, Kazuki, but I've had enough detours for a while.

As for your claims, as you can see, I am not a shadow clone. It was left to take care of stuff since I had to leave the village. Sorry to disappoint you, but I am not a coward to risk the safety of others to ensure my own. He really didn't like this girl at all. She didn't seem to be a threat to anyone in the village, but coming here seeking an unofficial audience with him and then speaking so arrogantly, and as far as he was concerned, she was sputtering nonsense and challenging him. Actually, if I interrogated you personally, you'd tell me everything even without me needing to use... anything at all. I am just that good with people, - he said with a sweet smile while Kazuki sealed the vial and handed him a small bandage, earning a slightly surprised comment, - Wow, you have a lot more stuff in your bag than you seem to. But unfortunately, my dear lady, you came too late. I already know all about outrage, because I've seen the way you behave in my village. On a more serious note, as far as I'm concerned, you're talking trash. I have never heard of something like that, and trust me, I have way more knowledge on various artifacts than I would like to.

But, I have made a very interesting observation nonetheless. Obviously, you don't know Kazuki in person, but you do know of him. You gave that away when you said that you couldn't mention that other person in his presence, not just to anyone at all. Since he isn't famous even inside the boundaries of his home village, it is obvious you received specific information about him, which must be coming from your employer. Unfortunately, if we assume that you indeed bear information and it is really important, all we can say about said employer is that he, or she, looks out for Konoha's best interest. What if it's a threat? That isn't important information. Moving on, we can't really tell if the employer knows both Kazuki and the secret person, one or neither of them personally, but we can surely tell he knows of them and that they know each other personally. Why? Because if they only knew of each other, there wouldn't be any consequences to naming that person to Kazuki. But as I previously said, he isn't well-known, he is not a veteran jounin, does not belong to a famous clan and isn't horridly talented at everything. So what makes him special enough to be separately noted in your assignment? Obviously, the employer knows that our young friend is, indeed, an alchemist. So that leads us to the conclusion that the employer is either an alchemist himself, or he, or she, did their homework. But then there's the mysterious person who is not to be named, but who shares a link with both your employer and Kazuki, which increases the chances that both the unknown people are alchemists as well. Why? Because the one not to be named must be someone important if he or she is the only other person beside me to receive whatever message you bear. However, I cannot think of another person inside the village who could be deemed as important as me unless there was some kind of relationship. I said inside the village because I assumed Kazuki doesn't have any friends outside, do you? - asked Ukyo, turning his face towards the boy for a few moments. No, I don't think I do. Good.

So, someone who knows the employer and Kazuki personally is deeply involved in whatever mess has started because of that Outrage, and the employer doesn't want Kazuki finding out whatever he could about the mystery person. At the same time, it is very likely that I can fairly easily contact that other person, and maybe even know him or her, otherwise you wouldn't mention him or her. Which means, it is a shinobi of the village, which theoretically rules out at least two thirds of the possible candidates. Now a few questions to Kazuki-kun. First of all, please tell us how many alchemists you are personally acquaintanced with. Well, just two really. My... No-no, wait, don't tell us yet. Then, how many ninja friends do you have? Tw- no, wait, three. Good. Now this is just a wild guess, but is one of those ninja friends also an alchemist? Well, yeah. So, there you have it, the mystery person has been found, though not named. However, there is a couple of holes in this argument. Why would your employer care about what Kazuki-kun thought of the one not to be named? The reasons I can name are many and different, but they're either too far-fetched, stupid or don't make sense given the specifications. There are only two that stand, and they kind of don't differ that much.

The first is, the mystery person is your employer. It really completes the puzzle and can easily explain the desire to stay clean in someone's eyes. The second possibility is that you are acting of your own merit, but still want to support a friend who's in trouble. Ukyo stood in silence for a few seconds, looking triumphant, but then sighed and said in a deflated voice: I should've probably just told you that whatever Kazuki would ask me about, I'd tell him, so no point in making him go away. Alright, back to what really matters. I've never heard of the Outrage, and if I don't know about it, it most likely doesn't even exist. But fine, I would hate to see someone give up without having a chance to convince me. Let's head to my office and we'll get some take-out on the way there, - having said that, Ukyo started heading towards the exit from the park, and Kazuki followed him, but unlike the Hokage, he had a lot of food for thought. How could Dharma-san be involved in... whatever is going on?

She merely gives a bright smile, "I know who he is yes, but I have no idea what else your talking about. Anyone else knowing about what I have to tell you has some serious reprecussion." She didn't want to run the risk of information leaking, so she decides to change the subject. "While we are walking to your office, I must ask if I can become a shinobi of Konoha? I'm not really apart of any of the great shinobi nations, my father is a missing nin from here though. And no, I can't tell you who he is. It would put him in danger, and not from Konoha either. I can tell you all he did to Konoha is left." She looks around, seeing them come up to a food shop. "Though I realize that could be considered treason, I feel it was different from that." She orders a small meal, "I will pay you back later Uk- Hokage-sama. Though you don't need the money."

Ukyo smiles, but as he is in the front of the group, the others can't see it. Right. You know, some phrases are so cliched that they mean just the opposite of what they originally did. One of those phrases is "I don't know what you're talking about" and its slight variations. Honestly, I don't need you to admit I was right to know I am. He doesn't get himself anything to eat as he just didn't believe it meshed well with serious talk. Following in his example even though he could go for a snack, Kazuki also left empty-handed. Besides, he didn't feel like eating anything as he had a lot on his mind. What is the Outrage? How is Dharma involved with it? Who is this girl and what is she really doing here? Is her pet an artificial animal? These and some other questions wouldn't leave him alone. Uh, great. No, I don't think that's going to happen. Seriously, you barge in here, act quite rude, make demands and refuse to answer questions et cetera et cetera. So far, the most useful information you've said was your food order. I'd like to hear something useful soon, for your sake. The rest of the way to the Hokage's office he kept silent, but Kazuki didn't. He closed the distance between him and Mousy and said: So, is your pet artificially created or something? When he asked that, Ukyo glanced at him, and the young alchemist decided to keep silent for now. Once the three got to Hokage's office and settled in, the owner of the room spoke: So, are you going to say anything useful now, or should we just fast forward this part?

"Ok, what I'm about to tell you shouldn't leave this room. Of course, you'll do whatever you want Hokage-sama. I can't force to keep quiet." she stops, letting the two sit down but not sitting down herself. "This is going to be unbelievable, but bare with me. This Outrage is a weapon of incredible power. A it's current state it is seperated into eight energy forms which resided in powerful weapons known as Jinki. Once these pieces are brought together it's true power emerges. Right now it's docile. Brought together it becomes a powerful weapon that leads to the downfall of mankind. I can tell you this because I came from the future." She stops, letting it sink in. "I'm a messanger that has used Kazuki-san's time machine idea to travel back in time. It's a little different from what he was think though. I could show you the pod later."

Ukyo listened to the girl, at first with a little anticipation, then with a ton of skepticism, and in the end with curiosity, though that was also directed towards his young protege. O-kay... first of all, apology accepted. On to more pressing matters, it does sound unbelievable. I can easily believe the part about the Outrage being a super-powerful weapon, even though I'm quite sure I should have known about it. But you being from the future is too far-fetched, even for me. What do you-It is. What? Kazuki stands up, looking directly in front of himself. How did you know I was looking into the possibility of time travel? I didn't tell anyone... but, then... No! Time travel is not possible. The g-forces included in the process would tear anything apart on the atomic level, you'd need to channel at least as much energy to make some sort of a force field around whatever it is you want to send as you need for the actual transportation. Besides, you can't use electricity to power the machine because the energy would get sucked through time much easier than matter, you wouldn't even be able to open a time rift; and if you would, it would either suck your energy sources dry in a millisecond and close or expand uncontrollably, effectively destroying the world. Not only would such a thing require enormous amount of energy, it would also require some kind of energy that was... not ruled... by... - he slowed down and stopped as realization hit him. Dharma's chakra crystals were the answer. It was spiritual energy, the origins of which were unknown and certainly undefinable by science, and a shinobi could control the chakra to create a protective shelter around him or herself. There was still the issue of getting enough power, but that was just technical stuff.

Okay, now I have an idea, but things have only gotten worse. Have anyone here ever thought about the whole time alteration thing? I mean, take the current situation. I had already given up on my time machine project, but then you appear and say you're from the future, which makes me explain how that's impossible and it leads to my possibly finding a solution. But had we not had this dialog just now, the time machine project would remain in the trash bin, so that would rule out the possibility of me ever building a time machine and you coming here and telling us that. So how can you be here if you're from the future?! It gets better. You came to warn us about a dangerous weapon, but that means we failed to prevent whatever happened from happening, because you traveled from the future to warn us, and if we succeeded, you would never need to travel from the future to warn us about anything, which would mean that we wouldn't have known about the Outrage until it was too late and you'd have to come from the future to warn us... damn this is confusing. Okay, whatever. What I'm trying to say is this: traveling back through time to prevent something from happening is impossible. Either your efforts will go to waste and whatever disaster befell this world comes to pass, so your other self will still go to the past to try and prevent it from happening and also fail. Your existence becomes a loop, but the timeline is preserved. However, if you succeed, it becomes a logical impossibility et voila, we have a wrapping of the timeline, which is just another way to say that our world ceases to exist. But so you can properly understand how big this is, not just our planet, or galaxy, or our whole universe, our whole dimension will disappear as if it never existed, and it will likely take some linked dimensions with it, which could cause a domino effect and destroy the entire reality. Which also might have severe consequences on the multiverse. Of course, we can place a bet that when someone tries to alter the past, the outcome is a new branch in the multiverse, or that it overwrites the old set of events, but... wait. What was I trying to say?

Ukyo took a deep breath and smiled. You think about that, Kazuki, we got your message. For a few seconds, he thought about what he should say. He could be skeptical, he already planned a little speech while Kazuki was talking. Anyway, I am not entirely convinced. You could have somehow acquired information about Kazuki and the time machine idea, and the part that it is somewhat different from his plans only works in your favor. Yeah, that would be a good point really. But why argue it further? Alright, let's say I believe you. But... your message of warning is awfully lacking. You only named the menace, and that's it. So I find it very possible that the "useless warning" scenario plays out, unless- This is nuts! She can't even exist. I mean, surely, between the disaster and the use of the time machine, some time passed, but her interference with the timeline is before the disaster, so unless it has gone to a complete waste and not affected the world even a tiny bit significantly, she can't exist. Even with all equal circumstances, if there is a random variable involved, things may turn out differently. She- Kazuki! Calm down. You can break your head over this later. So, anything else you would be willing to share with us? Maybe at least your name.

Mousy, having sat down, could feel her head throbbing at it's failed attempt to understand what he was saying. Actually no, she knows exactly what he spoke of, but in layman's terms. Rubbing her head she simply replies, "Don't you think all that was carefully considered? I'd love to tell you how it worked, but I'm not allowed." Another reason she thought Joel would've been suited better to the situation, he's good at remembering this and understand technobabble better. "My codename is Mousy. I don't know the fact I know about his time machine plane should help support my fact, but I guess it didn't." She looks at Ukyo more directly, "What if i told you I knew you weren't exactly human? As far as things to tell you, I have the possible describtion of each piece, I don't know the locations though. The release of the Outrage was pretty unexpected. The true reprecussion of the Outrage didn't happen until after I was born, but it was definately because of it."
