Not surprised you never heard of him, to me he was my favorite black superhero....infact, the only Black superhero who made a difference. Growing up in pretty much a seterotypical town, Static was my only influence to make a difference....him and few others like Huey P. Newton, Michael Jordan and Martin Luther King.
