Requirements: Exploding clay mouth's, C-1 or anything above.
Description: By forcing the users chakra into a clay object they created, the user will mix the creature with any colour on the field surrounding it, able to make it look like a normal bird, or to make a camouflage, hiding it.

You can't make custom jutsu for canon bloodlines. Even in the first jutsu's case, I don't think this should be allowed.

Why can't you create custom jutsus for canon bloodlines? I did so with the Hyouton bloodline.

There's no customs being added to the Canons at this time. When a revamp happens we'll allow customs to be made/added.

Well. I think that this is not gonna get approved.. Otherwise if the clan WASN'T Canon it would be accepted, the first jutsu.
