Learning Jutsus

This rule covers the learning of all jutsus.
When learning Jutsus, the rank you are determines how many jutsus you may know, what ranks of jutsus you may learn, and how easy it is to learn them. Note that the amount of jutsus one may know given below is the total amount for that rank, but everyone starts with 3 basic jutsu, so they technically have 3 less slots until they reach C-rank at which point the basics no longer count towards the total amount of jutsu. Additional jutsu slots may be purchased, but that will not allow you to exceed the amount of highest level jutsu for your rank (for example, a D-rank character can still only have 1 B-rank jutsu, even if they buy 20 additional slots)
E-rank Character - May know up to 8 jutsu
C-rank: 9 posts to learn, 6 posts with a teacher
D-rank: 5 posts to learn, 3 posts with a teacher
E-rank: 2 posts to learn, 1 post with a teacher
D-rank Character - May know up to 12 jutsu
B-rank: 10 posts to learn, 7 posts with a teacher
C-rank: 7 posts to learn, 4 posts with a teacher
D-rank: 4 posts to learn, 2 posts with a teacher
E-rank: 1 post
C-rank Character - May know up to 15 jutsu
A-rank: 11 posts to learn, 8 posts with a teacher
B-rank: 8 posts to learn, 5 posts with a teacher
C-rank: 5 posts to learn, 3 posts with a teacher
D-rank: 2 posts to learn, 1 post with a teacher
E-rank: 1 post
B-rank Character - May know up to 18 jutsu
S-rank: 13 posts to learn, 9 posts with a teacher
A-rank: 8 posts to learn, 5 posts with a teacher
B-rank: 5 posts to learn, 3 posts with a teacher
C-rank: 3 posts to learn, 2 posts with a teacher
D-rank: 1 post

S-rank Character - May know up to 26 jutsu

D-rank: 1 post
E-rank: 1 post
SS-rank Character - May know up to 32 jutsu
S-rank: 6 posts to learn, 4 posts with a teacher
A-rank: 3 posts to learn, 2 posts with a teacher
B-rank: 1 post
C-rank: 1 post
D-rank: 1 post
E-rank: 1 post
No matter your rank, C-rank kinjutsu require 4 points, B-rank kinjutsu require 6 points, A-rank kinjutsu require 8 points, and S-rank kinjutsu require 10 points. These points are awarded when you start a Rank Training topic and make exceptional posts, determined not only by length but by quality as well. It is possible to get 0.5 points for a 10-paragraph post of babble, but 2 points for a 5-paragraph post of quality writing. You must also have approval from an admin or two moderators to learn a kinjutsu that is not your custom creation.
In addition to this, characters also gain a bonus to learning Kinjutsu.
When learning jutsu equal to your rank, you gain a 0.5 reduction to points.
For jutsu of one rank lower, you gain 1.5 reduction to points.
For jutsu of two or more ranks lower, you gain a 2.5 reduction to points.
A new addition, special abilities, is not as easily acquired as it may seem. Once you've picked a special ability you want to have, you must still get the creator's (unless you are the one whom made it) and an admin's permission to use it (if you were the one to make it, you automatically receive it when it is approved, because that requires admin approval).
