Description: This has been an idea of me and a friend for some time. The forum was designed (Or atleast will be designed) to allow users to truly shape the world around them. No Canon characters are allowed, but Canon pokemon and organizations will be. Users will be able to post cutom moves, elements(Under very strict moderation) and even pokemon(under equally strict moderation, if not more so) Write now its kinda bare, but anyone who would be willing to help is welcome to. Also, I do intend to allow users to get canon legendaries, but it would be very difficult.

Also, If an Admin could PM me or post here, I have a small request to make. I was hoping I could base the Pokemon capture system off of the Jutsu learning system on this site.

If any one is interested, or you have any questions, feel free to post.
(Also, I'm cheap and broke. Any Aministration positions will be volunteer work, but will net you some IC bonuses)

Thanks! Also, If anyone wants to help with the pokedex, I've got deveral customs but can't draw or sprite to save my life, that and I don't wanna frankenstein existing sprites.
