When used like this, the word peacock is added to the beginning of the jutsus name. Since clear is not a color, the jutsus cannot be transparent.

Description: The basis of all the cloud techniques, this jutsu coverts both chraka and water into various size clouds, depending on how much is channeled/used. Making the hand signs, they channel the energy into water either from the atmosphere or in a easily located water source around them (easier method), forming fluffy white cloud. This cloud can be moved around by channeling chraka in to it, otherwise it just floats around with the breeze. Unlike the hidden Mist jutsu, which is similar, clouds are thicker and denser.

Description: A technique that seems to be a direct advancement of the usual Bunshin no Jutsu, it requires a few hand seals and creates dozens of clones of the user. Just like common clones, these are merely illusions, but they can easily be recreated if some are destroyed. Naturally, this jutsu's sole purpose is to confuse the enemy.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Description: By putting some chakra into the bell as the shinobi rattles it or when playing an instrument, they cast this genjutsu upon their opponent. It makes the target see multiple copies of the user, which can confuse them in terms who to attack and what to dodge. However, it is not hard to figure out because the copies have a set displacement compared to the user.

Description: This is a rather basic technique that does not require any hand seals to be used. Ideally, it temporarily paralyzes a number of targets. However, this is not likely to work on strong opponents, unless they are considerably weaker than the user themselves.

Description: A useful technique that utilizes chakra to float projectile weapons in front of the shinobi. The user must first put some chakra into a weapon as they throw it, and they can then make it float in the air several inches in front of them. A large number of projectiles can be made to float like this, but it requires greater concentration with each additional weapon and also depends on their size. These projectiles can then be launched at a target all at once, which allows one to have more ranged attack options than if they were throwing the weapons.

Description: This jutsu is almost similar to the Act of Tree Climbing. Except in this jutsu, the user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet. This then forms a 'cushion' of chakra allowing the user to walk silently over any terrain or surface.

Name: Suiton: Dimensional Depths Technique

Description: This is a typical technique known to most Kirigakure assassins and is perfect in addition to the Kirigakure No Jutsu. It allows them to quite literally disappear completely into the top of the water and go 'underneath' it. They do not have to be able to completely fit in it; the actual water can range anywhere from the ocean to a small puddle; as long as they can stand on it they can disappear. They are impervious to physical attacks and are visible only by a slight shadow that is cast on the water floor. They are still hurt by jutsu if they are discovered. When attacked like this, the jutsu is automatically ended and the recovery time is doubled. It takes only a few seals to prepare but after releasing they have to take a few seconds to realign their physical bodies.

Description: The user makes electricity flow through any body of water he touches after doing the correct handsigns. They need to do the handsigns every time they use the Jutsu, it doesn't stay on. If the ground is wet, then it will cover the entire ground. The size and power of the skill is equal to how much Chakra is used. The user cannot get hurt by the electricity.

Description: The water clone technique is a simple ninjutsu that creates a replication of the user with a physical body. Because it isn't purely illusionary, it can attack and use ninja techniques, just like the shinobi themselves, but it still disperses into a puddle of water when it takes a hit. The clones created by this technique only possess one tenth of the user's physical ability and chakra level and they are unable to go far from the user or utilize ninja techniques of a rank higher than C, which limits them a lot, but a smart shinobi can make a lot of use out of them. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has and only having the same power as a common weapon of that type.

Description: This technique is used to create additional projectile weapons. After throwing some shuriken or other weapons at the target, the user will quickly form the required hand seals. As they do that, the amount of weapons they threwwill increase. The chakra usage of this technique is directly dependent on the amount of copies you create and the size of the actual weapons. The cloned weapons are real and can deal the same damage as the originals, except for weapons with special qualities the clones of which will be common ones. The weapon clones appear slightly displaced close by the original and follow the same trajectory.

Description: This water-based ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. The user will slam their foot or fist into the ground and cause water to rise up, even if they are in an area with no natural water. The user can then launch jets of water, which can be controlled by the movement of one's hands and have enough power to cut through rock, from that position. Controlling the water constantly takes away a bit of chakra, and the user will have to perform the technique again if they change position.

Description: A much more powerful version of the Current of Thunder Jutsu. The electricty is strong enough to evaporate small amounts of water on the ground though, meaning it can't be used very often in simply moist areas. If used in a fairly dry area, it could possibly set things on fire from the electricty.

Description: Sometimes referred to as a more advanced form of Water walking, this jutsu is an even better exercise at chraka control, requiring far more precision to keep from falling. Instead of using chraka to stablise and harden the area that is required to walk on, this instead forms a kind of stable platform under the users foot with every step, allowing them to walk on things with a lower amount of water content such as Clouds. The A rank version of this jutsu takes it even further, with the user able to walk on mist.

Description: After the user forms the required hand seals, a massive amount of water will appear out of nowhere around them. This water can then be controlled by the user to some extent, but is mainly used to alter the battlefield and as a set-up for other water element techniques. This ninjutsu is very close to Baku Suishouha, the only two differences being much faster execution and strong affinity to water element required to do it.

Description: This jutsu does not require any hand seals. The user will generate a large whirling sphere of water and have it float, usually somewhere close to them. It can be controlled rather freely to be used as defense and water tendrils, which have high piercing power and can bust through rock, can be released from it for offense. Only someone with a close affinity to water may hope to use this jutsu.

Description: The user uses their chakra to take water from a nearby body of water. A small amount of water rises out and forms a ball about 3 feet in diameter. This ball can then shoot out tentincle whip-like strands of water that can whip enemies, grab them, or throw them. The length of the whips and number of whips able to create at once vary by rank.

Description: The user squats down into a low crouching position and sticks one leg out. The user concentrates chakra to this leg and spins in a 360 degree angle, creating a ring of chakra around him/her. The chakra ring is small, and can be barely seen, unless a large amount of chakra was used. At this time while inside the ring the user can either jump extremely high into the air, or dash forward with incredibly high speeds.

Description: Despite its name, this technique barely provides any defense, even against earth element attacks. After the user forms the required hand seals, a layer of lightning will form around their body. If the user is then struck, this lightning will be channeled into their opponent, damaging and shocking them severely. This armor lasts until it strikes one target when the user is hit with a physical attack, dispersed by the user or somehow destroyed by the opponent.

Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from lightning. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into lightning, effectively shocking anyone who was within two feet of it and dealing light damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has.

Description: After the user makes the necessary hand seals, a massive stream of water shaped like a dragon's head will rise and can then be controlled to some extent, namely launching it at a target and partially controlling its path. This technique deals heavy damage and washes away the enemy, but requires a high amount of water to be present to be used. Alternatively, the user can create water on the spot, but that costs much more chakra.

Description: This technique allows one to summon animal (usually) companions to aid them in battle, provided they had previously signed a special contract in blood. To use it, the shinobi must make a small blood sacrifice - usually by drawing some from their thumb - and then form the required hand seals. This will summon a creature of their choice (among the ones available from their scroll) beneath their hand or next to it if there is not enough room.

Description: While this jutsu is activated, the user is unable to move any faster then a normal walk, by any means, jutsu or otherwise. In addition to this, besides the affects that are due to this jutsu, none of their other abilities are able to be boosted or weakened in any possible way until the jutsu is turned off, be it by any jutsu, SA or Effects. When this jutsu is first activated, the user's current chraka level is multiplied by 9, and all strength boosts to jutsu's are doubled.. however due to the sheer amount of chraka flowing through their system, it is impossible for them to use any stealth or hiding based jutsu, due to them literally glowing with chraka. This jutsu lasts for 8 turns, after which the use has a single turn to try and find a source of chraka before literally collapsing and falling unconscious from chraka drain until the next topic. This cannot be ended prematurely by any means.

Description: Attempting to track down rumors about a thing called killing intent and how it was apparently once used to stop entire platoons of ninja in their tracks, Sucal attempted to recreate the sensation in order to get an advantage in the modern world. Unfortunately he failed, though along the way, he managed to brute force a similar affect, instead using raw chraka. This jutsu works by focusing out a wave of raw chraka out into the area around them. This chraka reacts with Sucal's own, creating a wave of pure force to suppress other people. Anyone within 20 meters of Sucal when he uses this jutsu is completely unable to move. This effect can be resisted, but they need to put to use as much chraka as he is at the time. This jutsu uses 20% of an average person's chraka every turn. While using this jutsu, the user cannot move or use other jutsu's

Description: It has been said time and time again that Sucal has a weird sense of humor. This jutsu is perhaps the greatest example of that humor, designed as a method of hunting higher ranked ninja's, those who usually have more advanced chraka/body members. To activate this jutsu, the user must take a turn to prepare, in which they can't move in anyway shape or form. The turn after this, they shine a flash of light in the sky, which briefly blinds and confuses the opponent, long enough for him to fire a beam of green chraka at the opponents face. If this jutsu connects, their head is gripped with shooting pains, making extremely hard for them to think and move. This effect lasts one turn for every 10 jutsu's that the opponent knows, rounding up.

Description: Combing their affinties for both water and lightning, the user shoots out a barrage of beams of light. This isn't actually light, but in fact lightening infused with enough water chraka to enable it to move and flow like it. These beams explode on impact with the enemy and can be 'guided' while in flight, making it easily one of the strongest attacking jutsus around.

Description: A more advanced from of the Shuriken clone jutsu, this one can be used on other weapon types, not just the aforementioned shuriken. When used on a special weapon, it just counts as a normal weapon of that type.
Name: Raiton: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki - Lightning Dragon Tornado

Description: This technique creates a dragon-shaped lightning tornado, which forms around the user after they make the required hand seals. This provides some protection while they are executing the technique. The dragon can then be launched at a target and, if hit, the opponent will take heavy damage and electric shock. Additionally, anyone within three feet of the tornado will be struck with a weak jolt of electricity, so a close dodge won't work so well.

Description: This jutsu is like 'five eating sharks' jutsu, but instead there are five eating electric eels. The user brings there hand down and extends their fingertips to touch the water. Five 'eel' shaped pieces of water come out, but they are electrified with the user's raiton chakra. If the enemy gets touched by the eels and are shocked, they will be paralyzed one post for every shock. This is mainly used when the opponent is under water, but the eels can reach the target if they're at least close to it.

Description:This jutsu is used primarily for a defense then offense because of its instability. the user of this jutsu will gather lightning chakra just above the surface of their skin and concentrate it into a thin membrane, the user will seemed to glow blue as this happens. Once that is complete, the user gives of a small shock to anything that touches them, though this is not the main purpose of the jutsu. The user will hold this small lightning membrane until the target is within range ( apx: 5 meters) and then release the stored chakra into a blast around themselves, causing everything within the 5 meter area to be heavily electrocuted. Anything caught in the blast will receive nerve damage, making their muscles slightly numbed and hard to use, if someone is caught within five feet of the user during the blast then they receive second degree burns on their exposed skin.

Description: Releases a spray of black water. The black water will stick to anything that it lands on, no matter how glancing. It can stick to metals and chakra infused items. The black water will harden into a jelly that weighs down anything and dulls the edges of anything. Chakra based techniques, especially earth and fire, will remove the black water after 2 posts. If it is not removed, it will stay there for 5 posts.
Name: Mizu Ookami no Jutsu - Water Wolf Technique

Description: This jutsu works by letting the user do the hand seals then stick one of there fingers into the water below the surface. they then focus there chakra into the water in a stream that will begin to Pressurize the water into the form of a wolf the wolf will then crawl from the water and stand on the surface. They can run along the water and land and have the same power as a real wolf. The user can stick more then one finger into the water and focus more chakra to make more wolves they but they cost the same amount as one wolf so if you make two wolfs it cost double the amount of Chakra and if you make three it will cost triple the amount of chakra as one wolf and so on. The user can stick all there fingers in the water and make ten wolfs but if they make ten wolfs they can't use the jutsu again for the rest of the thread. If the wolves are hit once they will turn back into water
Name: Suiton: Hot Water Style

Requirements: Water as Main Element
Description: This jutsu, by itself, will heat normal water to a boiling temperature. However this jutsu has a unique supplement effect - when coupled with a Suiton ninjutsu, the water in the technique will become hot water. The jutsu can be used with all Suiton ninjutsu, but some may not have any effect; for example, Water Clones will not be changed in any useful way, but Water Bullets by comparison will burn the enemy when hit. The jutsu must also be used with water that is created from chakra, not water that is manipulated with chakra.
This jutsu requires a small amount of chakra and an added amount on each jutsu its used with. The technique can't be used with kinjutsu, weapons or special abilities.
10 to 25 degrees celcius requires 10% more chakra.
25 to 35 degrees celcius requires 25% more chakra.
35 to 45 degrees celcius requires 40% more chakra.
45 to 55 degrees celcius requires 60% more chakra.
55 to 65 degrees celcius requires 90% more chakra.
65 to 85 degrees celcius requires 125% more chakra.
