A number of pouches are stored on a belt around his waist. He also has a one kunai holster under each wrist (covered by a pair of bracers.) and a shurikan pouch mounted on his right leg. He normally wears his forehead protector around his forehead (funny that) but sometimes he wears it more as a wrist band, normally when he needs to brace himself for a long range shot. He is currently unscared and unmarked since he hasn't seen any proper combat (academy spars don't count).

    Personality: Because of his humble upbringing, Sucal tends to be on the quiet side, preferring not to draw too much attention to himself. This habit, a left over from the academy often has others not actually noticing that hes around, something that gave him an advantage in stealth training. Among those he feels comfortable with, or those in command he tends to be more talkative, though even then he is quiet. There are few people who actually know what his favorite foods are (Satay and Teriyaki), his favorite color (brown), His hobbies (Reading and fishing) or about his slight fear of fire. When it comes to his bloodline, he never volunteers the information, but he also never denies it, considering it little more then an extra thing he can do, an attitude that sets him apart from most mist ninjas and even most bloodline users. He has two main dreams for the future: To become a hunter nin, and to learn as much as he can about his abilities.

Name: One Handed Seals
Requirements: Ninjutsu specialist, at least B-rank, 3 point kin training
Description: A skill only present in very few shinobi, their skill with ninjutsu is so supreme that they only require a single hand to perform handseals for a jutsu. This allows a shinobi a certain element of surprise even in a one on one fight as very few ninja have ever seen this skill in use and fewer still have ever mastered it, needless to say, it is much easier to hide a single hand than two. One might assume that a jutsu cast with only one hand may suffer in power or that it may cost more chakra to use but this would be incorrect, there is no difference between a jutsu cast with one hand and a jutsu cast with both hands.

Requirements: Accepted Innocence weapon; Kinjutsu Training (Based on Rank)
Description: Innocence is a unique type of material that resides within the world. Unable to take a form of it own it hides within other objects or beings, and due it’s strange nature increases the objects power in a variety of ways. Be it by increasing the durability of it, or making it so it can change time flow, or control weather to an extent. there are two different types of Innocence currently known, equipment-type and parasite-type with equipment-type Innocence being more common whereas parasite-type Innocence is more rare.

First off since equipment-type innocence takes the form of an object each one must be custom created as a weapon, and has some restrictions. Each weapon, and SA must be of one type of Innocence only, must start out at C rank, however as the wielder of the innocence resonates deeper with the weapon, the weapon will increase in strength until it is an S-Rank weapon, and the full power (SA) has been brought fourth. Since parasite-types have the innocence occupying their body, they must start out as a C-Rank weapon, and SA addition that will evolve along with the wielder to an S-Rank Weapon, and SA.

Recently it has been discovered that there is a third type of Innocence, called Crystal-type, an evolved state of Equipment-Type that is reached after one goes through maximum invocation, and combines both Equipment and Parasite-Type features. The greater one's Innocence is in resonance with their heart, the more powerful the Innocence becomes. In addition to the innocence itself, the conformers are able to access the power of their innocence into the form of unique 'powers' (jutsus) that can only be used with Innocence. The one with this ability gets 3 extra jutsu slots for this SA at Rank one, and an additional slot for each rank above it. Additionally at Rank one the jutsus can be no higher than B, at Rank two the jutsus can be no higher than A rank, at A rank they can no higher than S rank, and at S rank they can be as high as S rank Kin.

In addition to this the user can after taking severe damage, and perform maximum resonance upon it, bringing the SA additions power to double of its normal amount, and increasing all the jutsu’s power by 1.5, this will last for two posts, after which the weapon will break, or cease to function (In the case of a parasitic type), and they will completely drained of almost all their stamina, and unable to move without pain for 1 post. This takes an additional 2 points of Kin training to do, and can only be done when someone has hit Rank Two or higher.

Each SA is created separately to this SA however they will not take up a slot counting towards the SA limit instead counting as part of this SA. One cannot use this SA without an approved Innocence SA, they must also make it mutli level (C-S rank) however there will be no Kinjutsu training costs, instead counting advancing in this SA as advancing in the custom one.

Each Weapon is a custom, and must be made for multiple ranks as well (C-S), the weapon will evolve when the proper level of this SA has been reached.

Name: Spook Shades
Requirements: Innocence SA, Rank One, Rank Two, Rank Three, Rank Four.
Description: Sucal's Innocence, also known as the Spook Shades clear his sight and allow him to work towards his vision unopposed. Literally in fact, with him joking referring to them being the glasses that can pierce through the heavens. Activated by the command “Problem” and deactivated with “Problem Solved”

Rank 1: Prevents the shades from being removed during use. Also allows him to zoom in on things that he can see and measure the distance between himself and things.
Rank 2: Adds the ability to see a persons chraka level and affinities, as well as any special chraka types they might have (ie demonic and the like)
Rank 3: Adds a recording, replay and Broadcasting feature, recording everything that Sucal sees while they are active, as well as allowing him to show people nearby, or through communication seals.
Rank 4: Adds Night vision and Heat Detection Abilities

Name: Attack Clone
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Spook Shades level 3
Description: Using the recording and broadcasting features of Sucal's spook shades, he is able to mimic the appearance of any jutsu that he has ever seen while they are active. These mimicked attacks can only be projected where he can see normally, and for the cases of taijutsu attack, this creates a normal bushin that uses them. Since these attacks are only projections, they cannot do any damage at all. Also these attacks are similar in substance to the basic clone jutsu (ie not illusions), thus they disappear if they connect with a person, summon or pet. These are only used as distraction and psychological weapons.

Requirements: Spookshades Level 2
Description: Increasing the effectiveness of the Spook shades chraka detection capabilities, this allows Sucal to decrease the size of objections that can be scanned. Effectively speaking, this allows him to detect whether or not an item, person or weapon that he can see is being affected by chraka or similar, and what that chraka effect is having/doing. This effect lasts for 3 turns after use.

Name: Elemental Spirit (Water)
Requirements: Gained at Character Creation or 5 For Basic Level, 5 Points For Advanced, Can't have Bloodline That Already Boosts Elemental Damage.
Description: You where born with a strong attunement to your primary element, in such a way that you develop some advantages and disadvantages based on what it is. At the basic stage, you can make your jutsu do 50% more damage or cost 50% less chakra. You gain 50% reduction when being attacked with the element, but you take that much additional damage from the one it's weak to. You are considered to have bloodline like attunement to it. Your physical attributes also are effected by the element in question (wind is more agile, earth is slower on average but tough, etc.).

At the advanced stage, you can make your jutsu do 100 percent more damage or cost 80% less charka. You gain immunity to the element if the damage is C rank or lower, only take 10% damage from B ranks, and 20% damage from A ranks or higher. The opposed element deals twice as much damage to you. You can also learn jutsu of that element as if your styles where one higher. If you learn jutsu from the element it's weak too, you learn them as if your styles where one step lower.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Requirements: None
Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill

Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope may be too much for a basic skill like this to handle.

Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Kinobori
Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Name: Underwater Breathing Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: By forcing chakra into the users nose or mouth, oxygen could be extracted from the water.  It also repels water from entering through the nose or mouth.  This jutsu requires no hand seals.  The ability to use this jutsu weakens the deeper underwater you go.  Can be used for up to three posts.  Note: This jutsu does not take up a jutsu slot.

Name: Water Release: Slippery Liquid Field

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of an extremely slippery oil like liquid (Though it is not flammable). Anyone trying to walk on this without concentrating on the water walking technique will loose their balance and fall. If an opponent his hit directly with this technique, they will be almost impossible to hold on to, but cannot grip anything, having their hands covered in the liquid. The liquid can be dispelled by the user, but is otherwise really hard to clean off.

Name: Suiton: Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the shinobi will expel a large amount of sticky liquid from their mouth. Anyone who steps on top of or into this liquid will be stuck in place. Naturally, touching it with body parts other than feet will also get you stuck. It is very hard to get out of and usually needs to be washed away or otherwise removed to gain freedom. However, if one uses chakra at the bottom of their feet, or any other body part, like when using water walking technique, they can cross the sticky liquid safely.

Name: Suiton: Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall

Requirements: A body of water or double amount of chakra used
Description: This water element ninjutsu creates a wall made of water. Its size and shape may vary, along with the amount of chakra needed to execute this technique. The user must first form the required hand seals, after which the water will rise to form a wall in the desired location. If there is no water around, the user can expel some from their mouth, but in that case they have to use more chakra to create said water.

Name: Mist camouflage technique

Requirements: In a misty environment.
Description: This jutsu is like the Hiding camouflage technique, except it can only be done in misty environments. It makes them invisible and masks their scent. It can be done in relativly little mist, which makes this technique useful for ninjas who know the Hiding mist technique.

Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique/Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Multiple Shadow Clone Technique

Description: This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.
Tajuu Kage Bunshin is the same as normal Kage Bunshin, only it is used to create a higher number of clones: while the basic technique is limited to a maximum of four clones, the multiple shadow clone technique can create up to two dozen clones. However, chakra is still split evenly between each copy of the user, so creating many clones may prove more harmful than beneficial.
Note: Tajuu Kage Bunshin can be learned directly as a S rank kinjutsu, or added onto normal Kage Bunshin via a 6-point kinjutsu training

1 Name: Peacock
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Working on a principle that chraka control and signs influence the way that chraka is produced/used, this jutsu/Sign works in a very unusual manner. Used before another jutsu, the user makes a special handsign (Clumped fist covered by other hand in a 'wing' shape) then by controlling their charka output can change the color of the chraka emitted. When used like this, the word peacock is added to the beginning of the jutsus name. Since clear is not a color, the jutsus cannot be transparent.

Name: Cloud Creation

Requirements: Water Source or Double Chraka, Mist Village, Water as First Element
Description: The basis of all the cloud techniques, this jutsu coverts both chraka and water into various size clouds, depending on how much is channeled/used. Making the hand signs, they channel the energy into water either from the atmosphere or in a easily located water source around them (easier method), forming fluffy white cloud. This cloud can be moved around by channeling chraka in to it, otherwise it just floats around with the breeze. Unlike the hidden Mist jutsu, which is similar, clouds are thicker and denser.

Description: Another variation of the Cloud Creation jutsu, this lets the user form the cloud around objects or even attacks so that the enemies cannot tell the difference. This also forms more clouds that resemble the disgused Object-in-Cloud (what a mouthful). The user can only disguise one object/attack per rank they are

2 Name: Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu - Haze Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: A technique that seems to be a direct advancement of the usual Bunshin no Jutsu, it requires a few hand seals and creates dozens of clones of the user. Just like common clones, these are merely illusions, but they can easily be recreated if some are destroyed. Naturally, this jutsu's sole purpose is to confuse the enemy.

3 Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Requirements: A musical instrument or a bell
Description: By putting some chakra into the bell as the shinobi rattles it or when playing an instrument, they cast this genjutsu upon their opponent. It makes the target see multiple copies of the user, which can confuse them in terms who to attack and what to dodge. However, it is not hard to figure out because the copies have a set displacement compared to the user.

Description: A rather simple technique, this allows the user to return an object to the place where he summoned or unsealed it from, without having to touch it.

6 Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: This is a rather basic technique that does not require any hand seals to be used. Ideally, it temporarily paralyzes a number of targets. However, this is not likely to work on strong opponents, unless they are considerably weaker than the user themselves.

7 Name: Soushuuha - Manipulate Advancing Blades

Requirements: None
Description: A useful technique that utilizes chakra to float projectile weapons in front of the shinobi. The user must first put some chakra into a weapon as they throw it, and they can then make it float in the air several inches in front of them. A large number of projectiles can be made to float like this, but it requires greater concentration with each additional weapon and also depends on their size. These projectiles can then be launched at a target all at once, which allows one to have more ranged attack options than if they were throwing the weapons.

8 Name: Suiton: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, this technique creates a thick mist in the surrounding area. Said mist is used to block the sight of anyone and everyone in the target area. It can be useful if the user wants to make an escape or relies on senses other than sight in battle.

9 Name: Hofuku no waza
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Kinibori No Waza.
Description: This jutsu is almost similar to the Act of Tree Climbing. Except in this jutsu, the user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet. This then forms a 'cushion' of chakra allowing the user to walk silently over any terrain or surface.

10 Name: Suiton: Dimensional Depths Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Suiton Element
Description: This is a typical technique known to most Kirigakure assassins and is perfect in addition to the Kirigakure No Jutsu. It allows them to quite literally disappear completely into the top of the water and go 'underneath' it. They do not have to be able to completely fit in it; the actual water can range anywhere from the ocean to a small puddle; as long as they can stand on it they can disappear. They are impervious to physical attacks and are visible only by a slight shadow that is cast on the water floor. They are still hurt by jutsu if they are discovered. When attacked like this, the jutsu is automatically ended and the recovery time is doubled. It takes only a few seals to prepare but after releasing they have to take a few seconds to realign their physical bodies.

E: Lasts up to 3 posts, requires 2 posts of recovery

11 Name: Ikazuchi no Touza no Jutsu (Current Of Thunder)

Requirements: Lightning Element.
Description: The user makes electricity flow through any body of water he touches after doing the correct handsigns. They need to do the handsigns every time they use the Jutsu, it doesn't stay on. If the ground is wet, then it will cover the entire ground. The size and power of the skill is equal to how much Chakra is used. The user cannot get hurt by the electricity.

12 Name: Suiton: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The water clone technique is a simple ninjutsu that creates a replication of the user with a physical body. Because it isn't purely illusionary, it can attack and use ninja techniques, just like the shinobi themselves, but it still disperses into a puddle of water when it takes a hit. The clones created by this technique only possess one tenth of the user's physical ability and chakra level and they are unable to go far from the user or utilize ninja techniques of a rank higher than C, which limits them a lot, but a smart shinobi can make a lot of use out of them. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has and only having the same power as a common weapon of that type.

13 Name: Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique

Requirements: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Description: This technique is used to create additional projectile weapons. After throwing some shuriken or other weapons at the target, the user will quickly form the required hand seals. As they do that, the amount of weapons they threwwill increase. The chakra usage of this technique is directly dependent on the amount of copies you create and the size of the actual weapons. The cloned weapons are real and can deal the same damage as the originals, except for weapons with special qualities the clones of which will be common ones. The weapon clones appear slightly displaced close by the original and follow the same trajectory.

14 Name: Doku Kiri - Poison Mist
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Without the need for any hand seals, the user will take a deep breath. By using a moderate amount of chakra and this special technique, they will then exhale a large cloud of poisonous gas. A very versatile technique, it can be more harmful than useful if not used correctly.

16 Name: Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri - Rising Water Cutter

Requirements: Water as first element
Description: This water-based ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. The user will slam their foot or fist into the ground and cause water to rise up, even if they are in an area with no natural water. The user can then launch jets of water, which can be controlled by the movement of one's hands and have enough power to cut through rock, from that position. Controlling the water constantly takes away a bit of chakra, and the user will have to perform the technique again if they change position.

17 Name: Raikou no Touza no Jutsu (Current of Lighting)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Lightning Element.
Description: A much more powerful version of the Current of Thunder Jutsu. The electricty is strong enough to evaporate small amounts of water on the ground though, meaning it can't be used very often in simply moist areas. If used in a fairly dry area, it could possibly set things on fire from the electricty.

18 Name: Cloud Walking
Type: Nin
Rank: A
Requirements: Water walking, Cloud Creation and at least 2 other Cloud/Mist jutsu, Ninjutsu Major
Description: Sometimes referred to as a more advanced form of Water walking, this jutsu is an even better exercise at chraka control, requiring far more precision to keep from falling. Instead of using chraka to stablise and harden the area that is required to walk on, this instead forms a kind of stable platform under the users foot with every step, allowing them to walk on things with a lower amount of water content such as Clouds. The A rank version of this jutsu takes it even further, with the user able to walk on mist.

19 Name: Suiton: Suishouha - Water Collision Destruction
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Water as first element
Description: After the user forms the required hand seals, a massive amount of water will appear out of nowhere around them. This water can then be controlled by the user to some extent, but is mainly used to alter the battlefield and as a set-up for other water element techniques. This ninjutsu is very close to Baku Suishouha, the only two differences being much faster execution and strong affinity to water element required to do it.

20 Name: Suiton: Suiryuuben - Water Dragon Whip
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Water as first element
Description: This jutsu does not require any hand seals. The user will generate a large whirling sphere of water and have it float, usually somewhere close to them. It can be controlled rather freely to be used as defense and water tendrils, which have high piercing power and can bust through rock, can be released from it for offense. Only someone with a close affinity to water may hope to use this jutsu.

21 Name: Mizu Muchi Maki
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Must be near a pond or other body of water
Description: The user uses their chakra to take water from a nearby body of water. A small amount of water rises out and forms a ball about 3 feet in diameter. This ball can then shoot out tentincle whip-like strands of water that can whip enemies, grab them, or throw them. The length of the whips and number of whips able to create at once vary by rank.
D rank- 2 whips and 5 feet
C rank- 4 whips and 6 feet
B rank- 5 whips and 8 feet
A rank- 6 whips and 10 feet
S rank- 8 whips and 15 feet

22 Name: Chakra Ring

Requirements: None
Description: The user squats down into a low crouching position and sticks one leg out. The user concentrates chakra to this leg and spins in a 360 degree angle, creating a ring of chakra around him/her. The chakra ring is small, and can be barely seen, unless a large amount of chakra was used. At this time while inside the ring the user can either jump extremely high into the air, or dash forward with incredibly high speeds.

23 Name: Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi - Lightning Strike Armor
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Despite its name, this technique barely provides any defense, even against earth element attacks. After the user forms the required hand seals, a layer of lightning will form around their body. If the user is then struck, this lightning will be channeled into their opponent, damaging and shocking them severely. This armor lasts until it strikes one target when the user is hit with a physical attack, dispersed by the user or somehow destroyed by the opponent.

24 Name: Raiton: Rai Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: None
Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from lightning. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into lightning, effectively shocking anyone who was within two feet of it and dealing light damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has.

25 Name: Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique

Requirements: A large body of water or double amount of chakra used
Description: After the user makes the necessary hand seals, a massive stream of water shaped like a dragon's head will rise and can then be controlled to some extent, namely launching it at a target and partially controlling its path. This technique deals heavy damage and washes away the enemy, but requires a high amount of water to be present to be used. Alternatively, the user can create water on the spot, but that costs much more chakra.

Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique Phoenix

Requirements: None
Description: This technique allows one to summon animal (usually) companions to aid them in battle, provided they had previously signed a special contract in blood. To use it, the shinobi must make a small blood sacrifice - usually by drawing some from their thumb - and then form the required hand seals. This will summon a creature of their choice (among the ones available from their scroll) beneath their hand or next to it if there is not enough room.

Requirements: Suiton and Raiton as first and Second elements. Ability to have an extremely large affinities in both elements that can't come from jutsu. (70% bonus) S rank and Jounin title.
Description: While this jutsu is activated, the user is unable to move any faster then a normal walk, by any means, jutsu or otherwise. In addition to this, besides the affects that are due to this jutsu, none of their other abilities are able to be boosted or weakened in any possible way until the jutsu is turned off, be it by any jutsu, SA or Effects. When this jutsu is first activated, the user's current chraka level is multiplied by 9, and all strength boosts to jutsu's are doubled.. however due to the sheer amount of chraka flowing through their system, it is impossible for them to use any stealth or hiding based jutsu, due to them literally glowing with chraka. This jutsu lasts for 8 turns, after which the use has a single turn to try and find a source of chraka before literally collapsing and falling unconscious from chraka drain until the next topic. This cannot be ended prematurely by any means.

Description: Attempting to track down rumors about a thing called killing intent and how it was apparently once used to stop entire platoons of ninja in their tracks, Sucal attempted to recreate the sensation in order to get an advantage in the modern world. Unfortunately he failed, though along the way, he managed to brute force a similar affect, instead using raw chraka. This jutsu works by focusing out a wave of raw chraka out into the area around them. This chraka reacts with Sucal's own, creating a wave of pure force to suppress other people. Anyone within 20 meters of Sucal when he uses this jutsu is completely unable to move. This effect can be resisted, but they need to put to use as much chraka as he is at the time. This jutsu uses 20% of an average person's chraka every turn. While using this jutsu, the user cannot move or use other jutsu's

Description: It has been said time and time again that Sucal has a weird sense of humor. This jutsu is perhaps the greatest example of that humor, designed as a method of hunting higher ranked ninja's, those who usually have more advanced chraka/body members. To activate this jutsu, the user must take a turn to prepare, in which they can't move in anyway shape or form. The turn after this, they shine a flash of light in the sky, which briefly blinds and confuses the opponent, long enough for him to fire a beam of green chraka at the opponents face. If this jutsu connects, their head is gripped with shooting pains, making extremely hard for them to think and move. This effect lasts one turn for every 10 jutsu's that the opponent knows, rounding up.

Name: Raiton: Reizā Sākasu  (Laser Circus)

Requirements: At least 5 water and 5 lightening jutsu's
Description: Combing their affinties for both water and lightning, the user shoots out a barrage of beams of light. This isn't actually light, but in fact lightening infused with enough water chraka to enable it to move and flow like it. These beams explode on impact with the enemy and can be 'guided' while in flight, making it easily one of the strongest attacking jutsus around.

Description: The user gathers a large amount of water into a massive ball that hovers over the battle field. Once it is formed, the ball will then pour highly pressurized water falls near enemies, causing massive destruction.

Description: A more advanced from of the Shuriken clone jutsu, this one can be used on other weapon types, not just the aforementioned shuriken. When used on a special weapon, it just counts as a normal weapon of that type.

Name: Raiton: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki - Lightning Dragon Tornado
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: None
Description: This technique creates a dragon-shaped lightning tornado, which forms around the user after they make the required hand seals. This provides some protection while they are executing the technique. The dragon can then be launched at a target and, if hit, the opponent will take heavy damage and electric shock. Additionally, anyone within three feet of the tornado will be struck with a weak jolt of electricity, so a close dodge won't work so well.

Name: Five Eating Eels

Requirements: Raiton and Suiton Elements, A large supply of water
Description: This jutsu is like 'five eating sharks' jutsu, but instead there are five eating electric eels. The user brings there hand down and extends their fingertips to touch the water. Five 'eel' shaped pieces of water come out, but they are electrified with the user's raiton chakra. If the enemy gets touched by the eels and are shocked, they will be paralyzed one post for every shock. This is mainly used when the opponent is under water, but the eels can reach the target if they're at least close to it.

Description:This jutsu is used primarily for a defense then offense because of its instability. the user of this jutsu will gather lightning chakra just above the surface of their skin and concentrate it into a thin membrane, the user will seemed to glow blue as this happens. Once that is complete, the user gives of a small shock to anything that touches them, though this is not the main purpose of the jutsu. The user will hold this small lightning membrane until the target is within range ( apx: 5 meters) and then release the stored chakra into a blast around themselves, causing everything within the 5 meter area to be heavily electrocuted. Anything caught in the blast will receive nerve damage, making their muscles slightly numbed and hard to use, if someone is caught within five feet of the user during the blast then they receive second degree burns on their exposed skin.

Name: Black Water Burst

Description: Releases a spray of black water. The black water will stick to anything that it lands on, no matter how glancing. It can stick to metals and chakra infused items. The black water will harden into a jelly that weighs down anything and dulls the edges of anything. Chakra based techniques, especially earth and fire, will remove the black water after 2 posts. If it is not removed, it will stay there for 5 posts.

Name: Mizu Ookami no Jutsu - Water Wolf Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Suiton Element, Body of water
Description: This jutsu works by letting the user do the hand seals then stick one of there fingers into the water below the surface. they then focus there chakra into the water in a stream that will begin to Pressurize the water into the form of a wolf the wolf will then crawl from the water and stand on the surface. They can run along the water and land and have the same power as a real wolf. The user can stick more then one finger into the water and focus more chakra to make more wolves they but they cost the same amount as one wolf so if you make two wolfs it cost double the amount of Chakra and if you make three it will cost triple the amount of chakra as one wolf and so on. The user can stick all there fingers in the water and make ten wolfs but if they make ten wolfs they can't use the jutsu again for the rest of the thread. If the wolves are hit once they will turn back into water

Name: Suiton: Hot Water Style
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Water as Main Element
Description: This jutsu, by itself, will heat normal water to a boiling temperature. However this jutsu has a unique supplement effect - when coupled with a Suiton ninjutsu, the water in the technique will become hot water. The jutsu can be used with all Suiton ninjutsu, but some may not have any effect; for example, Water Clones will not be changed in any useful way, but Water Bullets by comparison will burn the enemy when hit. The jutsu must also be used with water that is created from chakra, not water that is manipulated with chakra.

This jutsu requires a small amount of chakra and an added amount on each jutsu its used with. The technique can't be used with kinjutsu, weapons or special abilities.

10 to 25 degrees celcius requires 10% more chakra.
25 to 35 degrees celcius requires 25% more chakra.
35 to 45 degrees celcius requires 40% more chakra.
45 to 55 degrees celcius requires 60% more chakra.
55 to 65 degrees celcius requires 90% more chakra.
65 to 85 degrees celcius requires 125% more chakra.

26 Name: Cross Grave
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Must be a Crucis
Description: One of the more powerful of the Crucis’s attacks is that of the cross grave. After a few hand signs the Crucis shall summon up several crosses into the sky above their opponent, and attempt to make them fall down upon them. However this attack also has another trick it, if the crosses miss, then they do not disappear, but instead remain in place, and begin to release the chakra that was used to make them from them, which in turns slowly damages all opponents near them. The maximum range for the chakra to spread is 15ft, and after all the chakra that was put into the blades is used up they shall disappear.

27 Name: Cross Edge
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Must be a Crucis
Description: This is a small attack that consists of ten tiny chakra needles in the shape of a crosses that can be launched from the Crucis’s fingertips after the necessary hand signs have been made. While this technique has unlimited range it is very, very weak, and only good as a distraction or interruption technique.

28 Name: Energy Wing
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: Each Crucis possess a special brand of chakra that when used can be formed into a wing on their arm. After doing the appropriate hand signs, the Crucis has a large wing shaped mass of chakra form on their dominate hand. This allows them to block attack equal to the amount of chakra they put into the wing, and in addition it may be used in close quarters combat as though it was a blade possessed with chakra. Though it gets weaker with each strike caused upon its target or impact against a object, and if struck by jutsu that drains all of its chakra, it will disappear. The Crucis may recall the jutsu during mid use however, and regain any chakra remaining in the jutsu.

29 Name: Wing of Judgment
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B, C for Ninjutsu specialist.
Requirements: Crucis Clan Member, Cross Edge, Energy wing.

Description: Each Crucis possess a special brand of chakra that when used can be formed into a wing on their arm. For Crucis who favor the Energy Wing Technique, This is taking the jutsu a step farther. Through shape manipulation a Crucis member is able to reshape his wing into a new form, at the cost of an increased amount of chakra the user can reshape the wing into a sort of bow. Chakra envelops the hand momentarily before shooting out from the top and bottom of the user's hand, The user then can release arrows formed from chakra. These act as increased power Cross Edge needles causing as much if not more damage as a normal arrow though as a negative each arrow saps a small amount of chakra. The real power behind this technique is that as the user gains more power the bow upgrades itself,

B rank(C for specialist): It forms a short bow and fires arrows that are about as strong as a basic arrow.

A Rank: (B for specialist): The bow now forms a long bow increasing the power behind each shot, The arrows now surpass the strength of a normal arrows but drain more chakra obviously, though as a second plus the user is now capable mixing elements into the arrows through nature manipulation.

S rank(A for specialist): The bow takes the form of a great bow known as The Arks Wing. The power of this bow is astronomically greater than any normal great bow, proven by the fact that each shot sends at shock waves creating pulse's through the air distorting the appearance of the user. The arrows now feed on even more of the users chakra but also the ark chakra that envelops him increasing the arrows power as dramatically, If nature manipulation is used on these shots when they strike the release a burst of the element mixed with them.
Ex. Fire would create an explosion, Water would be like a Water Bullets, Lighting would send out Arches of lighting, etc.

30 Name: Ark’s protection
Type: Fuuinjutsu

Requirements: Must be a Crucis
Description: This is a jutsu that brings part of the Ark around the user. After making the necessary hand signs the user will seal themselves partially within the Arks realm, thusly avoiding damage from any attack. This tops at a total of 25% at D rank, and 45% at A rank. However while this seal is active the user is restricted to using only C-rank Jutsu, and they are slowed down by 10% of their top speed for everything.

Name: Shatter
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Spook Shades, Rank 2, Rank 3 for the S ranked Version
Description: There are many things that can clog and clear the mind of one who has a purpose, seeking to hide the truth from those who seek it. There are almost as many ways for people to free their minds and shatter the chains that cloud them. This jutsu is one of such ways, and when used disrupts and destroys any genjutsu that is on the user. When used, it sends a specially created chraka pulse down through the users optic nerves to the brain, one that travels too and targets the 5 main sensory areas. When it reaches these areas, it briefly merges with them, collecting any foreign chraka particles that are collected there, before beginning a cycle through the nervous system, to collect anymore particles that might be built up. Once its sweep is complete the pulse and the foreign chraka merge and cancel each other out, negating and wiping each other out completely. This jutsu provides no help with detecting the genjutsu, and only the S ranked version can break kinjutsu.

To this extent the Crucis of love is able to copy any of the SA’s the other Crucis have; However it will be only ½ as effective as the original power (This does not apply to any persona that does not have a stat bonus applied to it). They may also learn any jutsu as though a teacher were present, and may learn any bloodline limits with a 25% reduction in post required.

Main
Name: Crucis Persona: Passion
Requirements: Must be the Crucis of Passion, Specialty becomes Ninjutsu.
Description:The Crucis of Passion is the embodiment of humanity’s willpower to work for what they desire, and it’s determination to keep fighting for something. As such this Crucis tends to be much more Unyielding, and convicted when on a mission or attempting to accomplish an ideal. Besides the personality this Crucis, tends to much more resolute in their power when attacking with Ninjutsu. As such all of their Ninjutsu’s power is increased by 25% (With the exception of Kinjutsu which is already powerful enough) and their hand sign speed is increased to the point where it is almost a blur when performed.

Name: Crucis Persona: Pleasure
Requirements: Must be the Crucis of Pleasure,
Description: The Crucis of Pleasure is the personification of humanity’s indulgence in anything that is enjoyable for the body, and soul. As such this Crucis tends to dislike things that are boring, annoying, or uncomfortable to be a part of, and prefers whatever is fun, carefree, and enjoyable. Besides the personality, the Crucis of Passion may choose what they want to touch in the “real” world such as moving through walls, walking on water, and the like. The one thing that still affects them is Chakra. Be it in an element or just as a pure blast they can’t choose to not touch it as it is not a physical thing, but rather a mix of several attributes. This means that they cannot avoid being touched by humans or animals since they possess a chakra network throughout their body. They may also not hide in objects to avoid damage for an extended period of time, and if the object the Crucis is in they take damage equal to the force of the blast plus the damage the object received.

Description: The Crucis of Righteousness is the embodiment of Humanities desire to maintain order, and law through all things. This Crucis tends to be very intolerant of evil in any form, and will often assume the worst in people rather than the best. Aside from the personality the Crucis of Righteousness has the power to indentify the real intentions of anyone they come across, and as such can detect what a person’s heart truly desires; be it for better or worse. Voice Actor is just to give an indicator of what he sounds like. Its a pity about the bloodline though, Post Edited to remove all references to Sacul having Hyouton. Picture changed since I no longer have to work with snow them.

Also with the appearance thing, I just did it like that because it didn't look right to me with the text under the picture and above the other stuff.

Lol at the idea of a voice actor. Good description, contains alot of effort, there are a few spelling errors, but that doesn't affect the approval-status really. Uhm overall I see you used Shikon's character creation guide, and this turned out very well.  So he's uhm... not so tall? Lol whateverr you want. Because of my trainee status I'll wait for one more person's input but at first glance I'm saying its all in the go for an approval.

With the Height, I just used one of those charts and went for an average height/weight for that age, and those are the results I was given.

I thought it was dodgy myself, but meh.
