Description:This ancient ability was passed down throughout Ritzen or Ritz Bears of the bear contract, this power allows one to increase the pressure of any liquid they touch or see, including , blood, glue etc. Making water more lethal than normal. A user of this ability uses a genjutsu to turn the water white prompting its horrendous powers, while using chakra to increase its pressure. This power is said to be an anti metal , able to cut through any metal or chakra, but that is just myth. The Ritzen use this power as a defensive and offensive ability during warfare against other summoning creatures, their use of illusionist prowess is not needed because, they are not human, and the water turns automatically white with their unique chakra. Without its white color, it is simply high pressurized water, that does not have the potential to break metals. Though this jutsu is very powerful, it has a deadly after effect, first stage causes muscle spasms if overused, eventually causing overstress to the body and death. Stage two, if over use will cause the destruction of blood cells, and you will die from eternal bleeding. Stage three will cause chakra cancer after three uses and after five, automatic death. You should never use this ability, only on special occasions, though, if it is coordinated in your fighting style, only use it for 10 minutes at the least, but even if you use the third stage for 10 seconds, you will die after five uses as of this forbidden technique. Note: Overuse of this ability will eventually kill the user, but as a special ability, it enhances water ninjutsu into Ritz style, but if used as an individual jutsu, most jutsu must have a water source.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill

Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope may be too much for a basic skill like this to handle.

Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Name: Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique

Description: This simple illusionary technique changes the appearance of a nearby object slightly, for example, it can make small objects invisible, change the text on something or make some object have slightly different shape. The object will regain its original appearance after the jutsu is released, dispelled or, in case it changed the shape or visibility of an object, touched on purpose.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Description: The user uses their chakra to take water from a nearby body of water. A small amount of water rises out and forms a ball about 3 feet in diameter. This ball can then shoot out tentincle whip-like strands of water that can whip enemies, grab them, or throw them. The length of the whips and number of whips able to create at once vary by rank.
D rank- 2 whips and 5 feet
C rank- 4 whips and 6 feet
B rank- 5 whips and 8 feet
A rank- 6 whips and 10 feet
S rank- 8 whips and 15 feet

Name: False drowning technique

Description: This jutsu makes the target feel as if they have been submerged in water and cannot swim to the surface. It creates a horrified fear of drowning in the target, and they will struggle to try and hold their breath. The target can still breathe while under the effects of this jutsu, but will feel like they can't. As soon as they figure out that they can still breathe, the jutsu is dispelled. It is used to open the target's defenses temporarily, until they figure out that they are not actually drowning.

Description:A white water wave, that crashes with power and pressure. This water has the potential to make towers shake. The recoil after this water wave might be a few large scratches, but if it touches a living creature it will do a considerable but not lethal amount of damage. It requires you to posses the bear contract in order to learn from a Ritzen. Before using the jutsu you must use the specific handsigns and coordinate chakra to a body of water, and the jutsu will activate when your hand directs toward the position of you target.

Description:The Ritz version of the Shushin. As long as a body of water is around, Ritz users can conjure the liquid to their feet, increasing speed. This may also be used as a surfing ability, to travel around opponents. Must be trained by the Ritz bears of the bear contract.

Description:This jutsu makes the opponent feel like he or she is in a desert like environment. The jutsu effects the homeostasis process of the body, deceiving the brain by allowing it to activate the endocrine system, inducing sweating and fatigue. The user reacts to high temperatures, feeling exhausted and dehydrated. This jutsu may be canceled, as a response, to temperatures 70 degrees and lower. Other than that , this jutsu lasts three posts.

Name: Water Release: Tiger Fang Blade

Description: This is one of few (or first) water jutsu that is solely for close-combat. The jutsu uses Snake, Ram, and Sheep to envelope one arm with a thin layer of water. This arm then forms into a little blade with a width of 3 inches and a length of about a foot and a half. The major pros of this jutsu is that unlike other jutsus it is close range. It is also good with armor penetration. However, some cons are that it uses a lot of chakra so a D-rank probably can only handle about one shot strike with it, 3 for an C-rank, and about 5 times for an B-rank. A-rank and higher could use this jutsu probably 7 times.  S-rank could use this maybe 9-10 times.  SS-rank could use this about 12 times in battle.  It also does not deal much sheer damage. It finally is fairly easy to dodge depending upon the speed of the user. Â One hit may be able to pierce through the standard ninja armor and deal moderate damage to the body. It can be destructive if it is used on weak or critical points of the body.

Description: This water element ninjutsu creates a wall made of water. Its size and shape may vary, along with the amount of chakra needed to execute this technique. The user must first form the required hand seals, after which the water will rise to form a wall in the desired location. If there is no water around, the user can expel some from their mouth, but in that case they have to use more chakra to create said water.

Description:This illusion sends the target into a dimension where the area is transfixed. The trees are on the opponents left , instead of his right and the opponent is behind him, instead of in front of him. This jutsu makes the opponent create confusing movements, not in response to actual reality. This jutsu lasts for three posts, but may be canceled if the opponent feels, something that does not correspond to their sight.

Description: This jutsu effects the opponents reflexive brain cells, allowing the epitome of alert pain in their body. When this genjutsu is used, the opponent feels as if everything he or she touches turns into lethal and sharp spikes. The touch is not real, in response to manipulation of the brain's nervous system . The jutsu is canceled when one realizes that he or she is touching something , in which is not lethal and acute. If the user uses this jutsu, he or she must attack the opponent with something sharp before performing it.

Description:
All this jutsu does is gather the water in the air and make clouds above the user. (Way above) It then starts raining down, making it easier to use jutsu that require water in the area. Very useful in dry places. Cannot be used indoors. The incoming rain cannot be altered in anyway from the normal rain it is.

Name: Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri - Rising Water Cutter

Requirements: Water as first element
Description: This water-based ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. The user will slam their foot or fist into the ground and cause water to rise up, even if they are in an area with no natural water. The user can then launch jets of water, which can be controlled by the movement of one's hands and have enough power to cut through rock, from that position. Controlling the water constantly takes away a bit of chakra, and the user will have to perform the technique again if they change position.

Description:This contract is a contract to summon a bear . You must sign your name in blood in order to summon these bears.Theses bears range from polar bears to grizzly bears. Bosses are enormous minor are cubs, these bears are skilled at the Suiton and Katon element. If the bears do not see you as a powerful enough to command them, these bears might kill you.
