Description: This Jutsu is one of the more bitter Jutsu of Ice. After forming the correct hand seals the user can have some control over the Ice element. Depending on Rank;

A Rank: Little to none

S Rank: some amount of control

SS Rank: Large amount of control

Although this is an exceptional part each time any Ice is moved chakra is drained according to the size limit and how much the person holds it for each second.

The User also has more damage with Hyouton Element depending on the rank.

A Rank: 20%-10% more chakra must be used

S Rank: 35%-10% more chakra must be used

SS Rank: 50%- 10% more chakra must be used

Description: Using the moister that is already in the area from the Kirigakure no jutsu the user of this technique freezes that water turning what was a fine mist in the air into a snow storm. The advantage to this is that the user my now perform the ice techniques that he/she was unable to before do to the lack of surrounding snow. There are two major disadvantages to this jutsu though, one is that because the snow is easier to see through than the mist you lose most of your stealth options for attacking an oponent, two the snow that falls on the terrain around you makes quick movements more difficult because the ground is now more slippery.

Description: This jutsu is similar to Shunshin no jutsu in application, however it may be used for the purpose of battle and for travel. The user begins by only using the dragon half-handseal, blurring out of reality and to a new position. when the blur to a new location, a shockwave is created where they blurred from, generating enough kinetic force to push a chuunin off his feet, and Jounin to Gonin/Sannin away from the epicenter depending on the amount of chakra used.

Sharingan Eye Level Three [Rank:  A; Type: Bloodline/Doujutsu] - This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye.  The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes.  In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later.  This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body.  This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle.  It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy.  This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing.  This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
