Generic ANBU [Only Kages need to read this]

What are Generic ANBU NPC's?
Generic ANBU NPC's are simply as the name sounds. They are NPC ANBU that exist in every village and can be directly Role-Played by the kage of each village.

What're they for?
Generic ANBU NPC's were created to aide villages in defensive measures; aswell as to make attacking a village alot more interesting. These NPC's can be directly role-played by the Kage of a village, should their village fall under attack.

Why were they created?
The ANBU NPC's were created to attempt to add a further sense of realism to a certain aspect of role play (Village Raiding). As would be expected; if a Village was raided, the raider would have to breach the defenses of a Village. In the Naruto World, the primary defenses of a Village are it's walls and it's ANBU. Thus, the ANBU NPC's were created.

Basic Rules

A Generic ANBU NPC can not under any circumstances, leave the village. These NPC's are solely for defensive purposes and therefor can only be role played within their respective village board.
Only one ANBU NPC can enter a single thread. Keep in mind, this means that if you have an NPC ANBU enter a thread and that NPC dies, a new NPC may not enter to take his/her place.
A Generic ANBU NPC may not start their own thread. They may only join pre-existing threads.
As would be expected, if there is a thread in which the village is under-attack; a 'Private' tag in the title of the thread doesn't prevent the NPC's from entering it.
Generic ANBU NPC can kill.
If an ANBU NPC dies, he is replaced exactly a month later. (Real Time)
Generic ANBU may only launch an attack if an attack has already been made by the subject, or the subject of the attack is from an enemy village.

I think adding one more thing would make it a bit fair. Prohibiting an ANBU from attacking someone, unprovoked, unless that person is from an enemy village, or missing nin. Wouldn't be fair if someone was just strolling along and ANBU goes, "Oh looky. A person." KILL
