Fuuin Yousha is a small boy, growing slowly, His voice is still high pitched. His brown spikey hair is thick and soft but his dark brown eyes are intence and full of sorrow and lonelyness. He has smooth facial features angled in a very feminen way, Do to his young age his ears are still rather large and stick out a little, however thanks to his hair his ears are rarely even seen. He has a slim short body with little muscle but still has a good build. His arms are thin as well, the little muscle he has his powerfully toned so while it would appear that he has no muscle at all if his arms were felt they would be found to be quite firm do to his daily training. His waist is slightly feminen as well and his legs are in the same condition as his arms. He wears bandages wrapped tightly around his scarred chest, into the bandages around his shoulders are sown blue, loose short sleaves and from his elbows on are more bandages. Around his forarms are brown wooden bracers, similar to the ones around his lower legs. Around his neck he wears a large amount of blue cloth that he can pull up over his mouth and nose to act as a mask, as well, the back is baggy enough to act as a hood. He wears loose baggy dark blue cloth pants, around his white cloth belt he has wire wrapped in loops. Off of the belt hangs to thick strands of black cloth, from which hang two golden bells. He wears bandages around his feet as well to protect them from the hot sand.

Personality: Fuuin is a talkative young boy, who enjoys spending time with his older sister. Despite being younger than her he is very protective, and gets mad at people that make fun of her. He is quite outgoing in his speach, making sure to speak his mind without offending anyone, or at least not meaning to offend anyone. Fuuin is somewhat calloused to others feeling not realy carring if someone around him is happy or sad other than those that he is related to.

Description: Grants access to various Seal Lore techniques, depending on level. Users start with the first level automatically, but the rest of them require 3 point Kinjutsu training. Due to the specialized training that users undergo, they lack the majority of normal ninja skills, and are unable to use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu that isn't either one of the basics or from a Bloodline/SA. This is because they are generally taught how to manifest chraka through physical objects, rather then use raw chraka itself. Once they have reached the second level, they are able to learn Fuuinjutsu and related SA as if they had it as a primary style.

Description: This jutsu creates a highly powerfull barrier around the user. To perform this seal the user draws out a circle around himself, within this circle he draws a symbol that is personal to him or his family. After the circle and symbol are drawn the user infuses his blood on the ground with chakra after wich a large cylindrical barrier appears around the user, no one that is not related to the user by blood can pass through this barrier, however jutsus and inaminate objects can still pass through, into or out. The cylinder is 10 feet in diameter.

Background:
He has been told that his father was a fire dancer for a traveling circus of Gypsies and his mother the daughter of a water country political figure. Beyond this, he knows not much else of his origins as he was given away as a newborn. He lived in a Water Country orphanage for the first year of his life where. These mannerisms continued until he was adopted by “Gamma Mae” an oddly secretive older woman who took him back to her home to the Land of the Sand. Gamma Mae adopted him because she did not wish to separate him from his sister, however she did not wish to raise him and as such gave him to an older man Teimont Kirr, who renamed him Fuuin Yousha meaning Sealed Mercy. As he grew Teimont taught him in the art of Healing, and sealing jutsus, planning for him to rejoin and support his sister in the acadamy.
Over the years Fuuin and Teimont became closer than most real relatives. Fuuin worked his best to please Teimont, who believed that Protecting others was the greatest of honors
After Kagome turned 10 Teimont passed away due to natural causes, and he was again alone with only his sister. He followed her Teimonts wishes and vowed to seek happiness and protect his sister with his life. _________________
