Hatake looked at Hino with a rather bored look on his face. Just as th Inuzuka expected, the two were forming ranged attacks. Hatake was a bit tired of having to dodge and Defend while being the one making contact combat. His patience was really running thin about the whole situation. Which is rather strange, being Hatake isn't at all phased by the fact two random strange shinobi want to kidnap him, only that they were being predictable wimps as they went about ding it.
Hatake looked at the male shinobi, thinking of the right words to answer his question. "I was thinking, that you should try to pull your own weight in this battle. Nothing is worse then a corrupt shinobi, except a corrupted Shinobi, though doesn't even want to do work. Lazy and corrupt are two traits not acceptable if placed together." Hatake looked up as a large black mass formed and began to drench the area between the two sides with a coat of black gunk. Hatake was rather aware of the jutsu, as it was one that was very common around the Fire Country shinobi. Though the next step caused him to raise an eye brow.
Makaza swung her fan in front of her, and created a wind that brought the black cloud over themselves, and coated their own bodies with the flammable liquid. Hatake peered down at the Cigarette that was in his mouth, wondering what they were thinking. "flammable liquid covering your bodies, ready to be lit. You very well saw me lighting my cigarette, and saw me blowing my smoke. So why do that, because you want me to lit it. You want me to set the oil. Though I am not sure why... I won't take the pleasure of ending your own life from you."
Hatake pulled another cigarette from his pack before returning the few that remained to his pocket. He lit the new one with what remained of the first fag, and stuck the new one in his mouth. "Good Bye" Hatake flicked his cigarette up into the air, making perform a large arc. As the the lit tourch made its prjectory, hatake flahsed through ahdn seals, and then set his hand on the ground, with rather a bit of pain from his arm, and focused his chakra. Earth shot up a yard in front of him, and hatake saw a glimpse of a flashing red light as his cigarette caught the oil.
The wall shot up ten feet, protecting Hatake completely from the hot flames that showed light from over the top of his earthen defense. Hatake didn't know why the two of them wanted to lit on fire, but he was going to find out he assumed. Hatake was bored of the fighting now, as everything was to predictable. A little surprise was what Hatake wanted, even though he doubted he was going to get it. [i]"Shinobi, they are all the same over confident serial killers. None are different from the rest... even I."

Name: Doton: Doryuu Heki - Earth Style Wall
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: A widespread defensive ninjutsu of the earth element, this one creates a large rock wall at a desired location. To perform the jutsu, the user must first form the required hand seals and then they will either spew a line of mud on the ground or put their hands on it. In the former case, this wall will appear where the mud was spread. Depending on the shinobi's skill and amount of chakra used, this technique can range from creating a simply large wall to a massive cliff.
The genjutsu had worked, and Hatake was fooled into thinking that it was them who had been covered in the black oil. Hino saw the wall go up and smiled. The two looked at each other and nodded. Maki was the first to jump, putting chakra into her feet she was able to jump on top of the wall. When she did this, the genjutsu dispelled and the cloud was visible where it actually was, right over Hatake. She immediately began to make hand seals, Hino followed and began his own hand seals. "Now!" He cried and took in a big breath of air. When he exhaled, he shot out a rather large fireball where Hatake stood.
"Magen!" Maki shouted and activated yet another genjutsu. The genjutsu wouldn't completely immobilize the ninja, but it would increase his chance of being hit. A direct hit wouldn't kill him, but it would give the two a chance to capture Hatake.

Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique

Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.

Description: A rather simple illusion, it will make the target believe that they were pierced by several large stakes, which nailed them to the ground. While it is quite painful, it does not bind the target completely, meaning they may still be capable of movement, though they can't change their location until the genjutsu is released or dispelled.

OOC: Shippy, that genjutsu only changes an appearance of something. If it was really over Hatake, he would have felt the oil coat him and hear the drops hitting the ground. As well, his powerful sense of smell would have known if he was standing under a large vad of flammable oil. _________________
As soonas Hatake lit the oil, he knew that he was right when he thought that the two had wanted him to set the fire. It was a trap, hatake had known it was, but, the Chuunin was tired of playing around, sick of games. His attackers could perform their old tricks and plans, but they wouldn't do anything, and they would have to learn that rather soon. Just as Hatake's cigarette caught alight, he turned towards Reikon. "Reikon, retreat, there is nothing more you can do."
The large wolf looked at the shinobi for a second, then turned heel and took off from the area, bolting in towards the far trees at an amazing pace. the wolf may be lazy and large, but all that muscles meant he was very fast. Hatake Turned around again, His wall stopped the fire from spreading towards his area, but that wouldn't last long. Already Hino was in the air and forming seals, within a second he spat a large fire ball down on Hatake's position. As his opponent made ehis attack, Hatake stuck his tanto in his mouth and made a quick seal, he sank into the ground below him. As soon as he went under the surface, he felt a blazing heat over the ground that he hid under. Hatake quickly moved away from the blaze, and found the wall he had created a short time before.
Hatake came forth from the earth, standing on the top of the large wall he manifested. Blazing fire burned on either side of him, the flames not powerful enough to reach his height. Hatake's eyes set on Makaza and Hino. His teeth still in heir elongated state, and his nails curved and dangerous. Slitted canine eyes peered down on the two siblings. "Cheap parlor tricks and wimpy attack motives, just as I expected from someone like you two. Real combat isn't what you are going to be doing is it? No, you're tired and worn out shinobi, cast aside because you have no will to truly fight. You will only hide behind your jutsu and your illusions. If that is how you will be, then I am done with the likes of you, this battle is over now. Go back your boss and hope he shows mercy." _________________
Unfortunately the jutsus had missed and once again Hatake had escaped. Hino and Makaze followed fairly quickly. Their opponent stood in front of them, bad mouthing the two with petty words which would not phase either one of them at this point. Hino was the first to respond, laughing before speaking, "Of course this isn't real combat. It would be over too quickly if it were." Makaze smiled and took out another one of her kunai, spinning around on her finger. "I don't think you understand you it is you're dealing with... you would be able to keep up with either of us if we were to truly fight... You're right, this battle is over." She stopped the kunai and gripped it tightly. "You want real combat? You got it."
With an amazing blast of speed she took off towards the Inuzuka. Her speed was incredible, even unseen by Hino. She zigzaged toward the boy and stopped dead beside him with the kunai to his throat. "Later." She said softly and with one solid slice, cut open the throat. The blood gushed out, covering the ground beneath them. Meanwhile, Hino reached into his pocket and pulled out a pair of shackles.

Description: This is a genjutsu which can be performed almost instantaneously and which is very useful in the midst of a battle. The target needs to be looking at the user for this to work. When performed, the target sees the user move with incredible and unmatchable speed towards them, the target sees the user slice their throat open and they fall to the ground and feels the pain of it, though it is not real. The target then finds themself suspended in a white nothingness, believeing that they are dead. This can be kept up indefinately but there is a huge chakra drain on the user.

"You want real combat? You got it." Hatake smiled as Makaza quickly pulled a kunai and ran towards him. His hand pulled his lighter from his pocket, flipping open the zippo and positioning himself in one fluid moment. He looked back up to spot Makaza, but found that she was already in front of him, kunai held up to his throat, and starting to slid out away from his flesh. Shit, it was all Hatake could think before he felt the cold steel slice through his skin, his blood spilling out before his eyes. Immediately his knees went weak and he fell, crumpled in a heap on the earthen wall he created.
The lighter flipped from Hatake's hand as he fell, landing on the rock with a small flare, and lighting a corner of a paper with a rather strange spark. Immediately after the entire wall exploded, sending flames and rock everywhere around clearing, adding to the blaze that was already burning around it. Rather strangely, wood shards flew into the air as well, but no sign of a body would be seen.
Hatake felt himself suspended in white nothingness, no feeling of pain, or any feeling for that matter was felt in him. Hatake' s eyes darted around, looking for any sign of what had happened. had he someone been by that attack? had his substitution not worked? Impossible, his body should be fine, he should now be behind his two attackers ready to kill them with his tanto while they were distracted by the explosion. But he wasn't, he was... dead? He couldn't see how.
Hatake quickly thought over what had happened in the battle, and he realized after a few seconds what was going on. He remembered how the female had made it seem that the oil was covering themselves, and more importantly, he remember his own words about the girl's fighting style... "your sister would be the opposite, far range, none physical, an illusionist, genjutsu. Hatake ground his teeth together in his lone silence. Some two they had bested him, there was nothing left he could do. "Fuck'
Hatake's body appeared in a small puff of smoke some yards behind the two shinobi next to a rather damaged tree. He was slumped on the ground in the same area a large cracked log had sat moments before. His eye were cloudy white as they starred off into space, his consciousness lost in the same white prison as that they looked off into.
OOC: If you wondered, Hatake brought the exploding trap trigger ( the exposed corner) up into the air via the rock wall he created before lighting the oil, Making him capable of lighting it once he stood on the top of the wall.
