Village: Iwagakure
Requirements: Must be willing to join Iwagakure, or a member of Iwagakure/ fight for Iwagakure (Title, and rank do not matter However if you are a missing ninja you must be willing to fight for Iwa, and have no infamy)
Appearance:
The Flag of the Organization
Description & Goals: The goal of Orca is protect, and maintain Iwagakure’s power within the land of Earth, and the world.  They are a defense/military force through, and through, and it is for this purpose the organization has been created. A branch to the villages government in order to provide missing ninja with a chance to start again, and join up with a stronger force, as well as increase the power of the ninja of Iwagakure is and forever will be its purpose. Due to the "Organization" being a branch of the village it does not bow down to the government of Iwagakure Instead only answering to the Tschikage, as his sword, and shield with which he protects the village where others cannot. Almost of Iwagakure's ninja are apart, or know someone within this group of individuals, however none outside the village except for a select few know about this secret group, and it's ways. To speak of this "Organization" to another not within Iwagakure or within the group is considered to be an act of treason, against both the "Organization", and Iwagakure if not the whole of the earth country.
