Name: Curse Mark of Hell
Requirements: Zazu Itichi or somebody that he place it on, and must never have or going to have any other SA, 7 point Kinjutsu training.
Description: This was seal in very mysterious. No one knows how it came on Zazu. The seal can be put upon someone by only Zazu. Using special hand seals if Zazu touches someone's body he can put the seal on someone.

Effects

Curse Seal: Level 0
The seal will be placed upon the body and constantly drain the user's chakra, though its not a rate fast enough to leave one weakened but it will need to be fed the chakra, in order to keep it stable. This stage gives no special bonuses or abilities.

Curse Seal: Level 1
The user must feed the seal a suitable amount of chakra. Once done the seal will activate. It would start to burn red and spread along the user's skin. It will make the user turn completely pitch black and their chakra will become visible, flowing around them like a smoke. Their chakra will turn to a dark purple color. Their eyes will become a white color. Their eye will disappear, leaving only the iris. The seal enhances physical performance by 25%. Their chakra will also increase by 25%, making jutsu feel more powerful than they are. In this state the seal will continue to chew at the user's chakra. The seal however can be released at will, but will still leave the user drained by a certain amount for activation. Can only be kept on for 6 post.

Curse Seal: Level 2
The user must feed the seal half of their chakra. If they however do not have the chakra to feed it with then they will die instantly. The seal will begin to cover the body once more. However unlike last time the body will not become completely black but simply make the skin a black tone. The user's hair will grow substantially and turn dark red. The seal also makes the user's hands become demonic. Making them grow claws and forcing wings out of their shoulder blades. The wings look like devil wings or bat wings. The user will also grow a tail, similar to a demons. The seal, instead of forcing chakra out of the body like last time, but rather eating the user's chakra will not have the same visual effect as the previous seal. The user's physical performance will increase by 55% and their chakra will increase dramatically, making most jutsu feel more powerful. It will also allow the user the ability to fly.
Can only be kept for 5 post.

As much as I dont like this curse seal, simply because it seems to much like a copy of something else Ive seen on this site but cant find, for using up all of your SA slots this is very weak. very very very weak.

Agreed, if this will take up ALL your SA slots it could at least be as powerful as the user having at least 2-3 actual SA's
