Yes and no , its something i thought up in my physics leacture and uni. Its sbout using chakra at a small level to induce pressur changes , i.e. i could condense the air around me to slow a kunai , or make a solid wall to block the projectile. But i can rather than condense atoms , separate them with the chakra by expanding it within them , its a strang ability i know lol. This is the simplest i could make it without reems of scientific theorys written down. Hum....so would jutsu under this type of deal take more energy to pull off then? Given the amount of concentration it'd take to do otherwise, in a battle situation it'd likely call for more
