Lava already said that it is fine that the only members at this point is Shin and Jin, but others may join, but it does not need 5 to be approved.

Description: The clan started years and years ago, but it had always been hidden for their sin was greater than all other the Ryuu clan started with Ryuu Sanada who was nothing more than a below average kiri ninja who was saved from death by a mysterious being that called itself a God, but it resembled a eyes of a dragon, Sanada took it in, and hid it in the country side thanks too his wife who was great at chakra control, and very skilled with a blade.
The two would feed, bathe, talk to the dragon god, but the god never showed them any signs of thanks. The four-eyed black creature with large devilish wings only ate and slept as it pleased to gain its strength from a dangerous wound it had. One night the Ryuu’s begged the god to please bless their land, but despite their begging the dragon never listened, becoming enraged Sanada, and his wife waited till the god was asleep and attacked their eyes showing hate and frustration they had loss all they had to afford the dragons medicine and food and he would not repay them.
Finally he couldn’t take it any more the dragon fought but it loss due to the battle from before he fell, but he cursed the Ryuu’s blood so he would have never been forgotten and they would know their sin. “You will remember me through my Ryuugan.” The dragon fell, but his eyes became one with theirs, his blood became their blood, and no matter how many years it would be the same a child would reach the age and unlock the Ryuugan, and experience the battle bit by bit every time the Ryuugan grew stronger they’d see more the fight to show the selfishness of their ancestors, but at the same time the Dragon didn’t bless their land it blessed their clan with amazing talent a child will either be talented with Taijutsu or Kenjutsu.
Description: Ryuuga at level 1 is a born trait all children that release it for the first time will see a bloody battle between the wife and the husband against the dragon after the flash back the true Ryuugan will appear.
Clan Jutsus:
Name: First level Ryuugan
Description: This is only the beginning to the Ryuugan, and is opened whenever the family member thinks they are ready. Activating the Ryuugan is easy to see cause a red or blue slash will go vertically down the users eye. At this point their normal speed and strength are increased 2x to their normal and their peripheral vision is increased to see a little bit over their shoulder, but not a lot unless they turn their head a bit.

Name: Fist of the dragon(Tai)
Description: To use this move to its full potential the Ryuugan level 1 must be activated. Concentrating their chakra into their palms the taijutsu user is able to shape their chakra around their fist and turn it into fire.

Name: Blade of the un-forgiven(Ken)
Description: To use this move to its full potential the Ryuugan level 1 must be activated. Similar to the Fist of the dragon the Blade of the un-forgiven uses their chakra to draw water to the sharp end of their sword thus strengthening the blade.

Name: Releasing (Ken&Tai)
Requirement: Must have Ryuugan level 1 activated to use and if you are not atleast Chunnin you can't hold it for more than 4 post.
Description: After activating the Ryuugan the user can use releasing in other words Ryuugan level 1½ this doesn’t widen their view, but instead the Ryuugan strengthens their reflexes and speed by 1 1/2 just another small advantage

This looks ok to me, but I want another mod to rate it as well, and i want lava to confirm that he's making an exception.
