Just like a Google, but everytime you search you can randomly win Money up to 100,000.00$ or prizes like iPhone, iPod, Xbox, Xbox 360 etc. Also you get 1 Winzy point per search, and 350 per friend you invite. Every point is like a raffle ticket for the monthly prize.
