Description: The Clan was first formed, after the genes of the 3rd Kazekage were harvested, and tested on one hundred shinobi, in hope of making powerful shinobi, capable of manipulating metal, like the first. Largely, this experiment had failed, considering only four small children still survived, and even they couldn't manipulate Iron's, with an increasingly high amount of chakra. After the gene manipulator's were killed months later, the four living shinobi, were scattered across the four great shinobi nations, in hope that they would never exceed the power of the Third.
Description: Those that possess this bloodline have the ability to combine Raiton and Doton charka in order to manipulate iron, tin, and nickel (the three magnetic metals) via the generation and manipulation of electromagnetic waves. While Low-ranked ninja are incapable of doing more than firing metal at high speeds, High-ranked ninja can use the waves to control the metal precisely, and even manipulate the shape of metal objects.

Description: Using the powder made famous by the Third Kazekage, a Kanekage Clansmen can make a solid wall of iron. This wall is a good way to protect oneself if there are attacks coming from one or multiple sides.

Description: This jutsu allows a Kanekage member to manipulate the shape of any magnetic metal. This jutsu is useful in making, a useless item, useful.
Name: Iron Sand Drizzle

Description: A jutsu made popular by the Third, Iron Sand Drizzle allows the Kanekage member to shoot small bullets made of the Iron Powder. These bullets are fast to make, but require a bit of concentration for a Kanekage to aim steadily.

It doesn't seem there is much room for improvisation, so create the jutsus. One c-rank that allows control of metal objects (obviously size will depend on the user's power), a B-rank for being able to form iron filings into weapons, and A-rank for being able to manipulate the form of the metals. Orr something like that.

yea, I thought it looked familiar... at least give me credit for writing most of it.
It's the 3rd Kazekage that had the Iron sand power, not the first.
As for the clan jutsu, there are a few known ones, most of them kinda fancy, but still there... no matter, I'm sure someone will post them on their own or make them up themselves.
Otherwise, it all makes sense, but mostly because I wrote all but the parts about the clan name and history.
