Weapon Name: Taka Shuriken/Falcon Shuriken (Quantity: 1)

Weapon Type: Modified Shuriken

Handle Material and Description:
- A holding thick steel ring with a diameter of 4".

Length/Height:
- The overall diameter of the shuriken is about 3' 4".

Weight:
- Lightweight, slightly lighter than a regular fuuma shuriken. (0.8:1 weight ratio)

Appearance:
- 4 thin wings. Each is 1' 5" long. Each wing is 2.5" wide at the base and is 2" at the middle. Made of steel and is black in color.
- Each wing has a very sharp blade of the same length. Each is 1" wide. Its color is remarkably lighter than the wing.
- 4 strong connecting cylindrical pieces, 1.5" long each. They are all wrapped with tight gauze.

Specialties:
- It pierces the air with ease, for its design provides minimum air resistance.
- Flies at high speed. Such speed is better maintained when it flies parallel to a flat plan such as the ground or the surface of water in the range of one meter.
- Due to sharpness and speed, it can cut through anything from tree limbs to normal shurikens and sometimes kunais.

Notes:
- Stored in a small scroll in his back pouch. the scroll has crimson trims.

So, Whats the point of this? Why wouldn't you just use a fuuma shuriken?

This is a "Kiri" variant of the Fuuma, since Fuuma is Konoha only.

Well... I'm not one to break the rules, but the Fuuma Shuriken is popular... and there's no variants for it for other countries to use. When it's put in the proper application, move along with the approval process.
