Member Approvals

NRC now allows members to contribute to approving profiles! Instead of a staff member approving a profile, if 5 members approve the profile it will be approved.

After the 5 members approve the profile the final of the 5 must PM myself or Sench so we can move it for you, and review the member approvals to make sure they are fair and not multiple accounts.

Yep, he is. But a mod would approve the template before they get 5 members. Not unless we all got hungover from Lava's birthday party the Day earlier and couldn't find time to post.

In a way, I do kinda like this idea, since there are many members, I'm sure, that would like to put their input into a person's RPC. Who knows? It may actually help out some.
