Genjutsu Kai is no longer a basic jutsu so you must learn it like a normal jutsu, and it takes up 1 jutsu slot. This is because it was being god-modded too often. Below are some rules when using Genjutsu Kai:
-You cannot use Genjutsu Kai whenever someone casts Genjutsu on your RPC unless they know that it is Genjutsu IC. Just because you know it is Genjutsu OOC, doesnt mean your RPC knows it IC.
-Genjutsu Kai only works on Genjutsu E-B. A-S are immune to Genjutsu Kai. You must find another way to break the justu.
-Roleplayers may now nominate at the beginning of an RP if they want to place a limit on how many times Genjutsu Kai can be used in the thread. If both RPs agree on it at any point, it will be enforced by the moderators and admins.
