Gardelle is an excellent tracker and for her body type has amazing upper body techniques when using axes. She loves music and focuses all her jutsu into musical endeavours. She gained her nickname Echo from the type of musical genjutsu she uses.

Special: For the first time this is used, a strong icy wind will rip past, and the users eyes will mist, appearing to be ice. This first time will take a B-Rank amount of Chakra to awaken this power. Afterwards the user can use this as easily as breathing.
Description: The user’s eyes will mist, appearing to be ice. The user can now focus chakra into their wind Justus to add an icy chill this allows them to use the clans ice/snow based Justus. The Kitakaze create ice by using their chakra to convert the heat in the air into added strength in their wind Justus. The energy is no longer heat thus cooling the air and freezing the water. In this way, they do not need water based Justus but control ice none-the-less. It is a form of chakra manipulation and is an added effect to wind based Justus.

Description: User focuses chakra around a leaf, making sharp wind revolve around the leaf, forming a flat oval about half an inch around the leaf. By moving the chakra disk, the leaf inside will move as well and can be guided towards the opponent slightly faster than the average kunai. The leaf is required because this makes a stable focus for the chakra, without this, the dist would be far harder to form and could easily fall apart with just the tiniest lapse in concentration. The leaf can also be frozen, making the projectile have greater piercing power at about twice the chakra cost.

Background: Born in the Valley of the Kitakaze, Gardelle lived a harsh life for her early years. Even at an early age she was worked as hard as most of the people in the clan. Her main job in early childhood was gathering firewood which eventually grew to chopping firewood and then trees as she grew older. She herself never had a Mammak companion, prefering to work alone in the freezing and isolated weather. As she grew older many in the clan noticed her distinct abilities that could benefit the trading portion of the clan in Kohonagakure No Sato. Shortly after her eleventh birthday she was sent to the Academy in Kohona for shinobi training. After her training she joined the seasonal caravan which took food from Kohona to the Valley. On the off time, she took up several missions within Kohona and Yuki. She is known amongst both villages for her dedication to completion of all missions.

You only get one D-Ranked Bloodline/Clan Jutsu. Even though the other's an E-Rank, we only allow one D-Rank, so you'll have to train for that other one, or buy it. Also, need to put "N/A" for "Special Abilities", unless the Clan has any?

You're part of the "Kitakaze" Clan, and you only get ONE D-Rank Jutsu from that Clan, which means that you'll have to take the E-Ranked one out. Other than that, it's fine.
