Description: Similar to the Cutting Sword Jutsu, Spear Blade Jutsu sends chakra through the blade. However, it does not use the energy of the swing. It launches off the front of the blade, giving it a spear like edge. It is strong enough to pierce through skin. It lasts up to ten feet.
Background: Most of Blank's early life is unknown. Whether he refuses to speak of his own past, or he himself does not even know it. He just "appeared" one day in Iwakagure. He hadn't a name to give at the Ninja Academy, and due to an odd misconception (The teacher writing in "Blank" for the student's name; not knowing it) his strange alias was forged. Everything about Blank's early ninja career could be described as average. His grades in the academy were very average, his fighting and skills were average, his performance on missions was average, etc.
Never performing well at Genjutsu or Ninjutsu, Blank found that he had a talent with weapons and hand to hand combat. Deciding to choose this path, he neglected training with the two lesser styles, and excelled at Taijutsu. Even took up a liking with archery, despite hating to fight from a distance. Blank enjoys involving himself in large, complicated matters; such as wars. First of all, your title has nothing to do with your jutsu amount. Please stop mistaking titles and ranks!
Anyway, E-rank chars get 8 slots, and C-rank, which is somewhat average chuunin level, get 9 + basics, so you're partially true. However, I don't think you can start with a C-rank char this time and you still have to learn them anyway (certainly at least all the non-basics). _________________
